Artificer
Base Class: Artificer

You have the Iron Man armor and you improve it over the course of battles.

Tool Proficiency

3rd-level Iron Man feature

You gain training with Heavy armor. You also gain proficiency with Smith’s Tools. If you already have this tool proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of Artisan’s Tools of your choice. In addition, when you craft nonmagical or magic armor, the amount of time required to craft it is halved.

Iron Man Spells

3rd-level Iron Man feature

You always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Artillerist Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Iron Man armor

3rd-level Iron Man feature

As a Magic action while you have Smith’s Tools in hand, you can turn a suit of armor you are wearing into Iron Man Armor. The armor continues to be Iron Man Armor until you don another suit of armor or you die. You gain the following benefits while wearing your Iron Man Armor:

  • No Strength Requirement. If the armor normally has a Strength requirement, the Iron Man Armor lacks this requirement for you.
  • Quick Don and Doff. You can don or doff the armor as a Utilize action.
  • Second Skin. The armor attaches to you and can’t be removed against your will. It also expands to cover your entire body, although you can retract or deploy the helmet as a Bonus Action. The armor replaces missing limbs, functioning identically to a limb it replaces.
  • Spellcasting Focus. You can use the Iron Man Armor as a Spellcasting Focus for your Artificer spells.

Your Iron Man Armor can shoot Laser Beams that deals 1d8 of force damage. It can also do a big explosion, the Unibeam, that deals 1d12+5 force damage. The Iron Man Armor is equipped with 12 mini rockets each inflicting 1d4 force damage, the launch of which requires an action (maximum 6 mini rockets per turn). You also gain a flying speed of 20 feats.

Iron Man Armor Upgreade

5th-level Iron Man feature

When you wear the Iron Man Armor, you are immune to the effects of extreme cold, extreme heat and extreme pressure and you gain termosense. You have also an advantage to the Dexterity Saving Throws. Your flying speed increase to 30 feats.

Highest Technologie

9th-level Iron Man feature

Your Iron Man Armor is now made of nanotechnology in development. You can manifest any weapon or shield from the armor, with no action required. The weapons created are +1 weapons, and the shield grants a +2 bonus to AC.

Iron Man Nanoarmor

15th-level Iron Man feature

Your Iron Man Nanoarmor has reached perfection. When you wear it, you are resistant to slashing, blunt and piercing damage. Weapons and shields created by Highest Technology give a +2 bonus to weapon attacks and +3 to AC thanks to the shield.
