Paladin
Base Class: Paladin

Paladins who swear the Oath of Secrets walk a shadowed path, devoted to preserving the delicate balance of the world by ensuring that certain truths remain hidden. They are protectors of ancient knowledge, sworn to keep dangerous secrets buried and to guard against those who would misuse the power of the past. To these paladins, the stability of the present and the hope of the future outweigh the peril of unearthing lost histories. They work unseen, their presence felt only when needed, vanishing once the threat has been contained. From cryptic ruins to forgotten tomes, they traverse the hidden corners of the world to safeguard what should never be revealed.

Paladins of the Oath of Secrets are not driven by glory or recognition but by a solemn commitment to the greater good. They are as skilled in subterfuge as they are in battle, combining their martial prowess with a deep knowledge of ancient history and forbidden lore. Whether infiltrating enemy strongholds, retrieving dangerous artifacts, or silencing those who threaten the balance, they are relentless in their mission. To their allies, they are enigmatic protectors; to their enemies, they are shadows that strike without warning. For the paladins of this oath, the truth is both their weapon and their burden, a sacred charge they carry to ensure the world remains safe from the past's darkest shadows.
