Base Class: Bard
Practitioners of the College of Magniloquence are virtuosos of rhetoric and dramatic expression. To them, the art of persuasion is a performance in itself, where a blend of reason, charisma, and captivating speech can sway hearts and minds alike. These bards revel in the power of language, using grandiose wordplay and commanding oratory to inspire allies, confound foes, and elevate conversations to unforgettable experiences
Gilded words
When you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat any d20 roll of 9 or lower as if you had rolled a 10.
Disconcerting Discourse
As a bonus action, You can target a visible creature within 60 feet of you with one use of your Bardic Inspiration. Before your next turn begins, the target must subtract the number rolled on your Bardic Inspiration die from its next saving throw.
Unyielding Encouragement
If a creature uses one of your Bardic Inspiration dice for a saving throw, attack roll, or ability check and the outcome is still unsuccessful, the creature keeps the die rather than spending it.
Resonant Speech
As an action, you can choose one or more creatures within 60 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). For 1 hour, the chosen creatures magically comprehend your speech, regardless of the language you speak.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest unless you expend a spell slot to activate it again.
Ripple Effect
When a creature within 60 feet of you successfully uses one of your Bardic Inspiration dice on an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, you can use your reaction to extend your inspiration to another ally. Choose a different creature within 60 feet of you that can hear you; that creature gains a Bardic Inspiration die without expending one of your uses.
You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
