College of Allure

Bards of the College of Allure know how to get people to do what they want. Unlike those who use moving speeches to persuade their audience, these bards will use every means available to them to make sure they get what they want.

These bards are often the epitome of beauty. Their very presence inspires their allies and frightens their enemies.

The college’s members gather in places where they can ply their craft to gain a following. They often can be found at the center of organizations with many members devoted to serving them and fulfilling their every need.

Regal Presence

Starting at 3rd level, you have such a captivating appearance that others are hesitant to strike you. Your may add your Charisma modifier to your Armor Class if you are unarmored. (AC = 10 + Dexterity Mod. + Charisma Mod.)

Mantle of Inspiration

Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to perform a song imbued with the magic of the world. As your action, you may expend one use of Bardic Inspiration to perform a mystical song. Choose creatures within 60 feet of you that can hear you (up to your Charisma modifier), each of them gains 5 temporary hit points and may immediately move up to their speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

Lasting Charm

Your charm is so pervasive and powerful that even after a creature is no longer charmed, they still wish to please you.

After a creature has been charmed by you, they will continue to help you when they can do so without harming themselves. This effect continues indefinitely unless the creature believes you or your allies are trying to harm it (stealing, hurting loved ones, attacking, etc.)

Fey creatures no longer gain advantage on saving throws against being charmed by you.

Form of Desire

You can read the desires of any intelligent being and take on the form needed to seduce them.

You may spend a bardic inspiration die to attempt to read someone's thoughts. The target creature makes a wisdom save versus your Spell Save DC. On a failure, you are able to see their innermost desire and become a being matching that image. This effect takes place as in the True Polymorph spell, lasting for a number of hours equal to your charisma modifier.

While in this form, the target creature has disadvantage on all attacks against you and any saving throws it makes against being charmed by you. You also gain advantage on attacks against the target creature while in this form as well as any skill checks for social interaction.

Whenever you deal damage to the target creature it may reroll its save. On a success, the new form will be dispelled and cannot be used until you take a long rest.
