extra abilities.

euheuheuhuehuehueuhuehuehue: at the end of a creatures turn, roll an amount of d20s equal to the number of diseases you have. on a 20 you projectile vomit onto the ground dealing 1 acid damage to anything it hits and giving you disadvantage and a -3 on charisma rolls with any creature that can see you

Cancerous Companion (Ex): At 2nd level, a cancer grows within the plague cleric , forming a large tumor. This cancerous growth gains intelligence and a personality distinct from the cancer mage. The companion and the cancer mage can communicate telepathically. When needed, the cancerous companion uses the cancer mage's scores for saves, ability scores other than Intelligence, and so forth. The cancerous companion gains abilities as the cancer mage gains levels.

Cancer Mage level Companion Int Ability
2nd 6 Blindsight 30 ft.
3rd 7 Can use a spell or spell-like ability of the cancer mage on its own as a standard action once per day, requiring no action on the part of the cancer mage.
4th 8 Can warn the cancer mage of danger, granting him the evasion ability.
5th 9 Can warn the cancer mage of danger, granting him the uncanny dodge (Dex bonus to AC) ability.
6th 10 Mind-affecting spells and effects have a 50% chance of affecting the companion rather than the cancer mage.
7th 11 Can use a spell or spell-like ability of the cancer mage on its own as a standard action three times per day, requiring no action on the part of the cancer mage.
8th 12 Can warn the cancer mage of danger, granting him the uncanny dodge (can't be flanked) ability.
9th 13 Can form a 1-ft. tendril of flesh capable of making touch attacks, including the cancer mage's contagion and poison spell-like abilities.
10th 14 Blindsight 60 feet.

insect Armor : By allowing insects and worms to crawl over his body, an 8th-level plague cleric gains a +4 ac bonus. The cancer mage cannot wear armor heavier than light armor and keep this benefit, however

Viral Ally : In a fashion similar to the viral agent ability, a plague cleric of 10th level or higher can create a viral ally by devoting 3 points of Intelligence(take a -3 to int total) to a disease or virus in his system. The cancer mage can then bestow his viral ally upon a humanoid victim using his contagion ability, and the viral ally can communicate telepathically with the cancer mage. The viral ally (and thus the cancer mage) controls its host as surely as with a dominate person spell, although the host gets no separate saving throw to avoid the  dominate person effect. The viral ally is a normal disease, however, and the victim can fight it off with successful con saves or a greater restoration spell, either of which kills the viral ally. The cancer mage regains his missing Intelligence points 24 hours later. A cancer mage can create as many viral allies as he is willing to devote Intelligence points toward.

Level 13: Plague of the Unseen

You have gained mastery over the unseen forces of decay and illness. You can invoke a wave of parasitic energy that weakens and infests your enemies.

  • Action: As an action, you can cause an area within 60 feet of you (a 20-foot radius sphere) to become infected with necrotic energy. Creatures within the sphere must make a Constitution saving throw or suffer the following effects for 1 minute:(uses equal to proficiency bonus -1)

    • Infected Condition: A creature that fails the save is infected with parasitic energy, causing them to take 2d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of their turns. Additionally, their maximum hit points are reduced by the same amount (this effect lasts until the infection is cured or the creature receives magical healing).
    • Healing Disruption: Any healing magic cast on infected creatures is halved, and any creature that attempts to regain hit points through natural means (such as a short rest or the Regeneration spell) must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the healing is reduced to 0.
  • Spellcasting Synergy: Any creature affected by this ability is vulnerable to your healing spells. Healing spells cast on infected creatures restore additional hit points equal to your cleric level.

  • At Higher Levels: When you reach level 17, the radius of this ability increases to 30 feet.

disease host

Disease Host (Ex): At 1st level, a plague cleric suffers no ill effects of diseases, except for purely cosmetic ones such as boils, pockmarks, watery eyes, blackened skin, hair loss, foul smell, and so on. The cancer mage becomes a carrier of every disease he encounters, though he remains immune to most of their effects. However, the cancer mage takes 1d6 points of damage per caster level if someone casts a greater restoration spell or effect on him (he can make a con save save to try to resist the effect). Furthermore, if the cancer mage has a cancerous companion (see below), he loses all abilities gained from the companion for 1d10 days after being the subject of a greater restoration spell.

contagen

Contagen : Beginning at 2nd level, the touch of a plague cleric can affect a target with the poison spray spell+wis mod to damage. this ability can be used a number of times equal to your wisdom mod per day.

Diseased hands

diseased hands: Once per day per class level beginning at 3rd level, the disease domain cleric can inflict a creature within 5 ft with any diseases the cancer mage has

insect plague

insect plague: At 6th level, a plague cleric can invoke insect plague once per day.

divine strikes

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d4 acid damage +1d4 poison damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d4+2d4.

surge of the ever consuming cancer

Level 17: Surge of the Ever Consuming Cancer

You can channel the full extent of parasitic corruption, infesting the body and soul of your enemies with a curse that is near impossible to escape.

  • Action: As an action, you can target one creature within 60 feet and attempt to afflict it with a full-body parasitic infestation. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is cursed with a Consuming Cancer.(one per day)
    • Effects of the Curse: The target suffers from the Infected condition (similar to Plague of the Unseen), but this curse is far more potent. The creature suffers an additional 4d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of its turns, and it loses the ability to regain hit points for 1 hour, regardless of the source. This curse lasts for 1 hour or until the creature is cured by a Greater Restoration spell or similar magic.
    • Accelerated Decay: If the creature dies while under the effects of the Consuming Cancer, its corpse quickly decays and is destroyed by the necrotic energy, leaving no remains. Additionally, you can regain hit points equal to half of the creature's maximum hit points upon its death.
