Base Class: Rogue
Your focus is on the art of distraction and hiding in plain sight. Many spies, con-men, and cut-purses follow this archetype, keeping attention away from themselves. Your ability to keep your actions unnoticed is more useful than any blade and more valuable than any gold or jewel.
Ventriloquism
Starting at 3rd level, you learn how to throw your voice to distract foes. As a bonus action, you may throw your voice up to 30 ft. away from you, causing any creatures in earshot to turn towards the point where your voice is coming from and investigate.
If you throw your voice onto a creature within 30 ft. of you, all creatures in earshot must make a Wisdom(Insight) check against your Charisma score or else believe that the creature said the words you threw.
Fast Mouth
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain expertise in Deception and Sleight of Hand.
Chaos Camoflauge
Starting at 9th level, every time you use Cunning Action, you are able to perform a Hide action in addition to any other action given by Cunning Action.
If you would perform a Hide action using Cunning Action, do so with advantage.
Unmemorable
By 13th level, you gain such a mastery of misdirection that attention slides off you like water off a duck's back.
Hostile creatures searching for you have disadvantage on Wisdom(Perception) checks.
You gain a new stat named "Passive Stealth", which is calculated by adding 10 + your Charisma modifier.
Any creature with a Passive Perception below your Passive Stealth will not notice you unless you directly interact with it, or if notified of your presence by another creature.
Watch the Hands
When you reach 17th level, you have become adept at pick-pocketing. You gain the ability to take items in someone's hands without them even noticing. You are allowed to make a Dexterity(Sleight of Hand) check to steal any equipped item (except for armor) off of a creature.
If the creature is hostile to you, do not add your Dexterity(Sleight of Hand) modifier.
