Base Class: Ranger
You have learned to summon prisoners through extra dimensional space.
Spells:
Level 3 - Charm Person
Level 5 - Summon Beast
Level 9 - Summon Fey
Level 13 - Summon Aberration
Level 17 - Summon Dragon
Level 3: Summon
As a Bonus Action, you can choose to use one of your uses of Hunter's Mark to summon one of your prisoners. That prisoner will then fight for you, and can be commanded as a Bonus Action in future rounds. Creatures summoned this way remain for 1 minute.
At level 7, the number of creatures you may summon with a single Bonus Action goes up to 2.
At level 11, you may summon 3 creatures with a single Bonus Action.
At level 15, you may summon a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus with a single Bonus Action.
Level 3: Spirit Warden Spells
When you reach a Ranger level specified in the Fey Wanderer Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Ranger Level | Spell |
|---|---|
| 3 | Charm Person |
| 5 | Summon Beast |
| 9 | Summon Fey |
| 13 | Summon Aberration |
| 17 | Summon Dragon |
Level 3: Banish
As a Bonus Action, you can banish a summoned creature back into its extra dimensional space. When banishing a summoned creature early in this way, you gain temp HP equal to the total that creature had left.
Level 7: Improved Summon
Number of summons allowed at once goes up to 2, and creatures summoned in this way deal an extra d6 of damage. The type of this damage is dependent on the creature summoned.
Level 11: Reinforcements
You can cast Summon Fey without a Material component. You can also cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a Long Rest.
Whenever you start casting the spell, you can modify it so that it doesn’t require Concentration. If you do so, the spell’s duration becomes 1 minute for that casting.
Level 15: Tactical Genius
As a Bonus Action, or Reaction triggered by a successful attack against you, or one of your summoned creatures, you may swap places with one of your summons. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expenses uses on a Long Rest.
