Base Class: Barbarian
The path of the Wall Breaker is an unorthodox path for a barbarian to take. This path utilizes the bow and miniaturized siege weapons its arsenal in order to stop enemies in their tracks, punch through shields and armor, or take down barricades that get in the way. Followers of the path are characterized by having a quiet yet visible rage or with letting out a war cry before letting loose a spear sized arrow.
Obstacle Breaker
Starting at 3rd level when you take this path, you can add a bonus equal to your proficiency bonus to attack rolls with siege equipment and strength checks made with portable rams. When damaging barricades or unattended objects such as crates, add double your strength modifier to the damage roll while ignoring hardness equal to your barbarian level.
When attacking an enemy wielding a shield with a longbow or melee attack, you ignore the AC granted by the shield. If the enemy is wearing medium or heavy armor, you ignore an amount of AC equal to your proficiency bonus.
Level 6: Foe Stopper
When using your bonus action raging shot ability from your longbow savant feature or attacking with a weapon wielded in two hands that does bludgeoning damage, you may force your target to make a constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8+ strength modifier + proficiency bonus or be shoved up to 15ft away or be stunned until the start of their next turn. You may only use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Level 10: Line Breaker
When using a two-handed heavy melee weapon that does not do piercing damage you may, as a part of your attack action once per turn, do a forceful sweeping attack that knocks foes 10ft away from you and possibly knocks them prone. When making this attack you roll to attack separately for each enemy within your melee weapon's reach (10ft for example with a glaive) and roll once for damage. Any enemy successfully hit is knocked back 10ft and must make a dexterity saving throw against a dc equal to 8 + your strength modifier + proficiency bonus or fall prone where they land.
You may use this special attack an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus per short or long rest. You cannot use the special attack from the Foe Stopper feature with this attack at the same time but can do so on the same turn as long as you are making a separate attack using a feature such as multiattack.
Level 14: Wall Breaker
Upon reaching level 14, you are able to spend an hour, if you have access to one, modifying a ram, ballista, cannon, or boilerdrak to create a crude yet portable version of the siege equipment. When you have one equipped, you must use both hands to operate the machine and take a -10 penalty to movement speed. You also cannot climb, swim, or fly without the aid of an appropriate spell such as the Fly spell.
The action costs for operation are reduced to using 1 action to load, 1 bonus action to aim and then 1 action to fire. This does not apply to a ram which does not require an additional action to operate (1 action to use with 1 bonus action to aim).
Due to the crude nature and smaller sizes of the siege equipment, they deal 1 less damage die of damage and break on a roll of a 1 or 2 when making attack rolls. The miniature ram also does not provide cover for the user. Broken equipment can be repaired after 1 hour of time is spent working on it.
