Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The tradition of passing down stories through chants and songs has persisted long after the invention of written language, and thanks to that, the power in those stories was preserved. Warsingers are the decedents of these storytellers turned into warriors for their tribes. By reciting the hymns of their people in the midst of battle, Warsingers can boost the moral of their allies and even bestow the powers imbued in the song. Likewise, these songs can also hinder and demoralize their foes by instilling in them the utter futility of them trying to attain victory.

3rd Level - Warsong Rage

You sing an enchanting or haunting song as you rage, instilling power in your allies and dread in your foes. Depending on the song you choose to sing, different effects will happen. All songs effect you and a 30 foot radius around you, and lasts until you stop Raging. You can spend a bonus action to change to a different song, and the effects of the new song take effect immediately while the effects of the previous song last until the end of your next turn. Changing songs also extends the duration of your Rage.

Hymn of Victory: You and your friends don't know the meaning of failure. Allied creatures in your presence gain an additional 1d6 on any ability checks or saving throws.

Hymn or Damnation: Your foes feel even more pain. Enemy creatures in your presence take 1d4 additional damage when hit.

Hymn of Salvation: Your soothing song uplifts your friends. Allied creatures in your presence gain temporary Hit Points equal to half your Barbarian level. This effect is repeated at the start of each turn it's active.

Hymn of Loss: Your foes will know suffering. Enemy creatures in your presence can't use reactions.

3rd Level - Orator

You have Expertise in Intimidation and gain proficiency in Performance and Persuasion. You can make these checks with Constitution instead of Charisma.

6th Level - Improvisation

While Raging, you may change your song as a reaction. This does not extend the duration of your Rage.

10th Level - Expanded Repertoire

You've learned some more advanced Warsongs.

Hymn of Racing Leaves: Your friends shall be like the wind. Allied creatures in your presence gain an additional 15 feet of movement.

Hymn of Roaring Earth: Your foes shall feel nature's rage. Enemy creatures in your presence treat the area as though it were Difficult Terrain.

Hymn of Scattered Lights: You are all but shadows. Allies in your presence gain advantage on Stealth checks, and all attack rolls made against them have a 10% chance to miss.

Hymn of Scorching Hail: Your foes fear the elements. As long as they are not immune, enemy creatures in your presence gain vulnerability to Fire and Cold damage.

10th Level - Warsong of Ice and Fire

When you begin Raging, select either Fire or Cold. Your melee weapon and unarmed attacks deal additional damage equal to 4 plus your Constitution modifier of the chosen damage type.

14th Level - Medley

You've become a master of Warsongs, and can now weave two songs together to gain the effects of both at the same time.

When you Rage, you can begin singing two songs simultaneously and gain the effects of both. However, whenever you would change songs, you can only change one of the two songs at a time.

14th Level - Violent Crescendo

You've learned the most powerful Warsongs. Your Warsongs' effect radius is increased by 10 feet.

Hymn of the Stars: No one can hide from you. All hostile creatures within your presence are revealed, and all attacks against them have advantage.

Hymn of Closure: A prayer that all your stories have satisfying endings. Allied creatures in your presence are healed an amount equal to your Barbarian level, and they automatically succeed on the next saving throw they make. These effects are repeated at the beginning of each turn the song is active.
