Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

A He Should Be There, Right? Rogue forgoes the basic rules of stealth, and allows themselves to be noticed. The only difference, they have an innate ability to appear as if they should  be where they are. People just... assume a He Should Be There, Right? Rogue is always where he is meant to be, and do not see his presence as anything significant, unless given enough reason to.

You May Call Me... Tiffany

Starting at 3rd level, when entering a location where they shouldn't be, a He Should Be There, Right? Rogue can choose to roll Persuasion or Performance instead of stealth, to appear as if they should be where they are, adopting all the necessary mannerisms, qualities, and even accents of the lowest common denominator within that space. (ex. if they were sneaking into a goblin base, they would speak common with a perfect goblin accent, walk hunched over at a perfect goblin height, and be able to fake the goblin fear of pretty much everything strong than it). They cannot disguise themselves as someone specific or important, but rather just someone who the people around them would be unsurprised to see there.

FOR YOU SEE

Starting at 9th level, Twice per long rest, the rogue can psychically attach themselves to a witness of something that would break their cover, and attach the "guilt" of that action to another creature within eyesight for up to two minutes. After the two minutes or up, or one of the two creatures takes damage, the effect is over, and the initial target becomes aware that they were manipulated.

When Was The Last Time You Heard of Someone Playing Everquest?

Starting at 13th level, if the Rogue is in a group with enough people, he can attempt to influence the group as a whole by psychically binding their will to his. He can attempt to sway as many people as he has Sneak Attack Die, by rolling a DC 15 Charisma Check, Swaying half as many on a failed check. If this happens to be against the will of a "superior", he can make it with advantage.

My Numbers, Are Bigger Than Yours!

Starting at 17th Level, The Rogue can completely replace someone currently in charge of a situation. Whether that be a general, Priest, or even some gods, the Rogue can twist their ability to look like they belong, into looking like they should be in charge. They must succeed on a DC 19 Persuasion check, and if they do, they will be given (within reason) utter authority within a situation. They must, however, already be in the situation as someone who belongs.
