Lucky Streak

At 9th level, your luck allows you to temporarily increase your odds of success. Once per turn, when you fail an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can choose to expend one of your chips to roll an additional d20, taking the highest roll and adding your Charisma modifier to the total.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) per long rest.

Fortune Favors Me

At 13th level once per turn, when you make a bet, you can choose to expend one additional chip to add or subtract your charisma modifier from the die roll after you roll the die.

Additionally, when you roll a natural 20 on an attack, ability check, or saving throw, you regain all expended chips and gain advantage on your next roll.

All or Nothing

At 17th level whenever you deal sneak attack damage to a creature, you can expend all remaining chips to double the damage of your sneak attack against the creature.

Additionally, when you succeed on a bet, you can expend an additional two chips to choose the number of your next die roll.

Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
