Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

You are born of a line legendary drinkers and tavern brawlers. Their rage, and their thirst for ale, courses through your veins. It empowers you with superhuman strength and capacity to dole out, and to take, incredible amounts of damage.

Fighting Dirty

When you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use enhanced unarmed attacks and improvised weapons.

While you are unarmed, wearing no armor, and are raging, you can use a bonus action to make one unarmed or improvised-weapon attack against a target within 5 feet of you, for 1d6{{modifier:str#signed}} bludgeoning damage. You use your Strength modifier for the attack and damage rolls.

When you use the Attack action to grapple a creature, you can also make an attack with your head as part of the same action and the target takes 1d6{{modifier:str#signed}} bludgeoning damage if your grapple check succeeds.

Reckless Abandon

Beginning at 6th level, when you use Reckless Attack while raging, you also gain temporary hit points equal to twice your Constitution modifier (minimum of 2). They vanish if any of them are left when your rage ends.

Running on Ethanol

Beginning at 10th level, you can take one extra attack per action while you are raging, provided you are unarmed or attacking with an improvised weapon.

At 17th level, you can take two extra attacks per action while you are raging, provided you are unarmed or attacking with an improvised weapon.

Luck of the Ancestors

The luck of your Irish ancestors is with you. When you fail on a d20 test to attack or a saving throw, you can turn that roll into a 20. You can use this ability once, and it resets on a long or short rest.
