Level 3: Blood manipulation
You can manipulate spilled blood to move or bind enemies.
Level 7: Vile Conductor

When reduced to 0 HP (not killed outright), drop to 1 HP and teleport up to 30 feet. All creatures within 10
feet of your original spot take 2d10 necrotic damage. Usable once per long rest
Heartstopper
Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you may force them to make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + Proficiency + Hemocraft mod). On a failure, their HP drops to 0. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Hemocraft modifier per long rest.

Disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and attack rolls relying on sight in direct sunlight.
Nocturnal Form
At night or in darkness, your eyes glow red. Gain darkvision 60 ft (or +30 ft). Advantage on Intimidation checks in dim light or darkness.
