Base Class: Bard
Magic runs through everything, from oaths to divine beings. No one knows this better than the bards, groups of people who channel magic through their art. As art expands, so does the avenues to reach the level of mastery to become a bard. One of the oldest of which, is the College of Sustenance bard. In this bardic college, bards channel their abilities through their cooking. These bards buff themselves and allies using their magical foods.
Mystical Finger Food
3rd-level College of Creation feature
Whenever you give a creature a Bardic Inspiration die, you can forgo giving bardic inspiration to summon a piece of food for a target of your choice. The food can be instantly consumed or placed into a safe space for later. The food disappears if it is not consumed within 10 minutes. The food can look like/be whatever you want but must match the flavor profile you have chosen from the effects below.
Refreshing Food. When this food is consumed by the creature, they taste a nice refreshing taste that rejuvenates their souls. The consumer heals for half of the caster's level rounded down and gain +1 to any ability score for 6 seconds. The ability score increase becomes +2 when the caster is level 12.
Spicy Food. When this food is consumed by the creature their body begins to warm, and flames begin to dance on their skin. The flames quickly expand to a radius of 5ft arounds them. The consumer must make a CON save. On a successful Con Saving Throw (DC: {{savedc:cha}}) the food consumer radiates an aura of flames around them that do 1d6 fire damage to creatures within 5ft of them for 18 seconds. This damage scales with the level of the bard (2d6 at level 6, 3d6 at level 9, and 4d6 at level 12). On a failed save, this aura also damages the creature who consumed the food.
Savory Food. When this food is consumed by the creature, other creatures around it begin to grow envious. And so very, very hungry. An aura of gluttony surrounds the consumer. The creatures within 5ft of the food consumer must make a WIS Saving Throw (DC: {{savedc:cha}}). On a failed save, the creatures feel an overwhelming urge to attack the consumer and will ignore other targets. They repeat this save every turn. On a successful save nothing happens.
Perpetual Stew of Blindness/Negativity
3rd-level College of Creation feature
As a ritual, you can channel the magic within your ingredients to maximize their negative potential, while keeping them delicious. By spending 3+ hours cooking, you prepare a Perpetual Stew of Blindness/Negativity and create a magical pot that cannot be destroyed. To keep the stew around, you must add at least one ingredient to it a day as well as spend 10 minutes a day caring for it. If you fail to add an ingredient to the stew (it doesn't have to be a new ingredient) or not complete the daily care ritual, you will have to restart the stew process from the beginning.
Ingredients added to the soup can give additional effects to the soup (this is up to the DM). When a target consumes or has their eyes splashed by this stew, they gain any and all negative effects tied to it. When splashing someone, the target must make a DEX saving throw. On a failure, the target is blinded/gains the negative effects for 1d4 days. When consumed the target gains the negative effects without making a saving throw (minus instant death, because instant death tastes bad :3).
The magical pot can be summoned and unsummoned with a bonus action. The pot holds up to 3 bowls (three charges) worth of stew. If all three charges are used, you have run out of stew and the pot fades out of existence. If you run out of stew, you must start the ritual from the beginning. Performing the daily rituals of the stew refills then pot.
Taste-Tester's Delight
6th-level College of Sustenance feature
As a chef, you know that it is unavoidable to taste your own food. Either to check and make sure the flavors are balanced, to ensure your magical effects are going strong, or just to enjoy some quality food. When you eat a non-magical food creation you have prepared, choose a magical effect below. If the food item already has a magical effect based on its ingredients, you can swap each of those effects with something in the table.
Taste Testers Delight:

- Gain advantage on Dexterity checks for 1 minute.
- Gain advantage on Charisma checks for 1 minute.

5-Star Instant Meal
14th-level College of Creation feature
As a master chef, you have mastered the magic within your cooking. A target must succeed a Wisdom Saving Throw, or they begin their dining experience. A target can choose to fail the save if they wish. When you invoke this ability, time stops for you and the target. Time will not begin again until the meal is eaten, with an honest review given after by the target. The target is compelled to eat the food. The target and chef cannot interact with the world minus eating/preparing the food. Spectral dining sets, tables, and chairs are created for the consumer. When the meal is complete, the chef rolls a d8 two times on one of two tables below. The meal has the rolled effects when consumed. On a successful save, the target does not begin to dine.
You can use this ability once a day.
