Base Class: Monk
These monks have the innate ability to see the souls of all creatures. These monks are rare and they train their entire life training to harness this power so that they can use this ability to fight. Their Ki is specially trained to attack souls directly. Properly trained they can kill creatures in single strikes and turn enemies to allies.
Soul Reach Technique
Starting at third level you will be able to start seeing the soul of of creatures, it will look like a ball in their chest and the color is based off alignment. True good is a perfect solid ball of blue, chaotic is the same color as true good but is shaped like a flame, as well Lawful good is a pure white ball. True Neutral is a perfect gray ball and chaotic is a gray flame. True Evil is a dark black red perfect ball and chaotic is a black red flame, and Lawful Evil is a perfect Crimson orb. With this you can start using the ability soul tap, with soul tap you will tear part of ones soul off and absorb it into you own healing yourself 1d8 health, and damaging the opponent for however much you heal. Using this ability will use 1 ki point. At level 6 this will become 1d10, and at 12 level 1d12.
Soul Alter
Beginning at 6th level you can hit ones soul in a way that can change their mood, character, morals, etc. You hit them and they must make a CON saving throw with DC starting with 12 then going up as you level up to a max of 20. When you trike them if the succeed then they will negate the affects and not take any of the damage that they would have taken. Should they fail their soul will be permanently altered unless you change their soul back. To use this ability you must use 2 ki points.
Soul Anchor
Once you reach level 11 you gain the ability of Soul Anchor, this allows you to chose one object an anchor someones soul to it. The soul must be within 5 ft of the item should they choose to try to leave the space before they break the spell it will begin to tear their soul from their body and a 6ft it shall be ripped from their body. When you go to anchor someones soul they must make a STR saving throw with DC starting with 14 then going up as you level up to a max of 20. You must be able to touch both the soul and the item you are trying to anchor it to at the same time to successfully anchor someones soul to the item. To use this ability you must use 3 ki points.
Soul Shatter
When you reach level 17 you are a master of manipulating ones soul. When you reach this level you can hit ones soul and instantly destroy their soul making them a husk that no longer has a soul. When you strike the creature with it they must make a CON saving throw against an DC 17 the increase with your level to a max of 20. If they fail their soul is destroyed and they die if they succeed they take 8d10 damage and their soul is permanently damage and they will never try to harm you again. To use this it will take 5 ki points to activate.
