A colour artificer uses dye and paint to enchant and assist the world around them, causing chemical reactions, explosions, and sometimes just plain magic in the vicinity.

Powder Paint

At 1st level you create a bag similar to an alchemist's satchel, filled with all kinds of paints, powders, graphite, and alcohol.

At 1st level you learn a choice of three paint mixes.

Red and Black: Red and black paint powders, when mixed, create an explosion, can be used on a creature within 30 feet. Creature must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or else take 1d8 fire damage (increases by 1d8 every odd numbered level).

White and Blue: White and blue paint powders, when mixed, coat the target with a layer of powder which have restorative properties. Creature regains 1d8 hit points (increases by 1d8 every odd numbered level).

Grey and Black: Grey and black paint powders, when mixed, create a smoke screen which blocks vision for all creatures within 30ft including those with darkvision for one minute.

Purple and Grey: Purple and grey paint powders, when mixed, create an electrostatic cloud. All creatures within 30ft must succeed on a constitution saving throw or else be knocked prone and dealt 1d6 electricity damage.

Green and Yellow: Green and yellow paint powders, when mixed, form an acidic substance which causes 1d6 acid damage to any creature within 30ft that fails their dexterity saving throw.

Orange and Brown: Orange and brown paint powders, when mixed, interact with the wild magic in the atmosphere and cause a random reaction from the wild magic table!
