College of Gourmet

The college of gourmet deals in only the most exquisite cuisine and each chef of the order strives for perfection in their dishes. These bards explore the farthest reaches of the land in search of new and unique ingredients for cooking. They can create meals which give powerful abilities, and use the remains of dead monsters to craft even more delicious meals.

Level 3: Culinary Expert

You use your downtime to practice your culinary skill and perfect your cooking ability. During a short or long rest, you can prepare a fresh meal. Expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration; roll your Bardic Inspiration and add your class level. For the next two days, any creature can eat the prepared meal and regain an amount of hit points equal to the number rolled.

Level 6: Line Cook Expertise

You gain the Tavern Brawler feat and have advantage on Constitution checks and saving throws.

Level 6: Sommelier

You can cast the Identify spell on an object without expending a spell slot by tasting a part of it. You also have resistance to Poison damage and immunity to the Poisoned condition.

Level 14: Magical Feast

You can use your culinary abilities to magically summon an illusory feast, made real by a concentration of your will. Once per long rest, you can roll a number of Bardic Inspiration die equal to half your class level. This does not expend any uses of Bardic Inspiration. Up to 10 creatures that you can see within 120 ft. regain an amount of hit points equal to the number rolled.
