Monk
Base Class: Monk

your hands are now actual weapons

Level 3: weaponized hands

your hands are now equipped with iron fists with retractable claws, you can choose if you do bludgeoning damage or slashing or piercing damage. also, your unarmed strike now count as actual weapon and any feat that needs specific weapons can be used with your unarmed strike because of your versatility and training. (if these feats require finesse or any other weapon type the feats will work however, feats that require range do not work, not does any archery feat)

Level 6: burning vigor

you can spend 1 Ki point to deal 1 martial arts die (MD) damage on every attack you make until the start of your next turn.

the damage increase when you reach 11th level to 2 MD and then again at 19th level to 3 MD.

you can use a ki blast as a form of cantrip, it does 2d10 dmg and increases per certain levels just like other cantrips of its kind (fire bolt)

11th level 3d10 and 17th level 4d10

Level 11: hidden step

roll against everyone else's perception if you win, you can hide, teleport up to 30ft and the next time you attack someone you get a critical hit. you can also expend 4 Ki points to do one of these actions: the second attack you hit is also a crit, this attack counts as a bonus action, or you can choose to stay hidden at the end of your turn. you can also do both for 7 Ki points. you also teleport without expending an action (without expending Ki)
(you can attack using all of your attacks before hiding, but only 1 will be a crit without expending ki points)
if an enemy rolls a nat 20 you can win with 10 higher roll or if you are 5 higher then everyone else unless there is only 1. you roll against their perception check with a stealth check or you can choose to use your spell casting modifier with deception

if your enemy rolls a nat 20 you can still stay hidden as long as you rolled 10 or more then the nat 20s total or if you roll atleast 5 higher than every other enemy. if both of you roll a nat 20 you win.

Step of the Wind: Fleet Step, you can use step of the wind if you haven't used it as an action or bonus action yet, even if you have already used your action and bonus action to do something else.

Level 17: milk man

the milk man always has rejuvenating milk on him! you can spend a bonus action and 1ki point to drink milk and rejuvenate 2d8 + proficiency bonus HP or cure any ailments. you can also give this milk to someone else as a free action. you do not run out of milk, and can spend Ki points, ever 2 Ki points is an extra 2d8 + proficiency bonus of healing.

you can also give someone spoiled milk! dealing 2d8 + dex or wis + proficiency poison damage, the target receives 1d4 dmg every turn they fail a con saving throw (DC 8+ dex or wis mod+prof). everyone has advantage on attack rolls against this enemy.

for anything other than the milkman this is healing hands and it cost 3ki points for the first, then 2ki points for extra 2d8 like normal.
