Base Class: Rogue
Without fully immersing themselves in the study of magic, some people manage to make use of already existing magical material, such as scrolls to their benefits, and replace mastery with clever utilization. Scribes can use specific spell scrolls without consuming them permanently, and create more from those they acquire.
Scroll Initiate
At level 3, you learn to imitate spellcasters without immersing yourself in their art.
-You possess up to 4 spell scrolls. Two of which are cantrips, and the other two can be selected from spells that are lvl 1 or 2. They can be from any spellcaster class' spell list, but scale like scrolls normally do. The cumulative spell levels from those scrolls equal three quarters of your Rogue level, rounded up. These scrolls are not consumed when you use them, but lose their magic until you take a long rest, and can only be used by you. The cantrip scrolls never spend their magic when you use them, and can be used by you at will. You can change one spell scroll's spell once every time you level.
-You learn to use your cantrip damaging scrolls in clever ways; If you hit with a cantrip from a scroll that has a single target attack roll while not at disadvantage, and if an ally is in melee range of your target or when you have advantage on the attack roll, you can choose to apply your Sneak Attack bonus damage.
-You can copy your personal scrolls at half time and half cost, and those copies count as normal spell scrolls for you and anyone else.
