have learned to cast spells.
Cantrips. You know four cantrips: shocking grasp and two other cantrips of your choice from the Wizard spell list.
Whenever you gain a Monk level, you can replace one of your cantrips, with another Wizard cantrip of your choice.
When you reach Monk level 10, you learn another Wizard cantrip of your choice.
Spell Slots. The Arcane Tradition Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your level 1+ spells. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a Long Rest.

Prepared Spells of Level 1+. You prepare the list of level 1+ spells that are available for you to cast with this feature. To start, choose three level 1 Wizard spells.
The number of spells on your list increases as you gain Monk levels, as shown in the Prepared Spells column of the Arcane Tradition Spellcasting table. Whenever that number increases, choose additional Wizard spells until the number of spells on your list matches the number in the Arcane Tradition Spellcasting table. The chosen spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For example, if you’re a level 7 Monk, your list of prepared spells can include five Wizard spells of level 1 or 2 in any combination.
Changing Your Prepared Spells. Whenever you gain a Monk level, you can replace one spell on your list with another Wizard spell for which you have spell slots. When you take a long rest, you can spend that time in a motionless, meditative trance, granting you the same effects as if you had the same amount of sleep, and allowing you to replace one of your Wizard spells with another Wizard spell of your choice. The spell you replaced must be of a level you can cast.
Spellcasting Ability. Wisdom. is your spellcasting ability for your Wizard spells.
Spellcasting Focus. You can use an Arcane Focus as a Spellcasting Focus for your Wizard spells.
Level 3: Arcane focus
When you cast a spell, you can use a number of Focus points equal to the level of the spell you want to cast and use them instead of any spell slots. You can't cast spells of a higher level then you have spell slots for.
Level 6: Arcane Flurry
You have learned to cast your cantrips with extraordinary speed.
When you make your flurry of blows, you can replace one of the attacks with a casting of a cantrip. The cantrip must have a casting time of an action.
Level 11: Arcane Attunement
At the start of your turn, you can expend 3 focus points to imbue yourself with arcane energy. The energy lasts for 10 minutes or until you have the incapacitated condition or until you don armor or a shield.
You gain the following benefits while this feature is active.
Arcane shield. Your armor class is increased by 2.
Speed. Your speed increases by 20 feet.
Arcane power. You can add your wisdom modifier to the damage of any of your Wizard cantrips.
Magic flight. If you have 16 or more levels in the Monk class you gain a fly speed equal to your speed.
Activate Arcane Attunement (Hidden)
You gain the following effects when this feature is active:
Arcane shield. Your armor class is increased by 2.
Speed. Your speed increases by 20 feet.
Arcane power. You can add your wisdom modifier to the damage of any of your Wizard cantrips.
Level 17: Masterful concentration
If you are concentrating on a spell of 3rd level or lower, you can cast another spell of 3rd level or lower that also requires concentration without losing concentration on the first one. At the end of each turn while concentrating on two spells you can either spend a number of Focus points equal to the highest spells level to keep concentration on both spells, or lose concentration on one of the spells (your choice of which one). While concentrating on two spells this way, make a constitution saving throw for each spell as normal whenever you take damage to maintain concentration. When you do, roll the d20 for each spells saving throw in the order in which you cast them. You can only concentrate on two spells in this way at a time. If you choose to cast another spell that requires concentration, you have to choose which spell to stop concentrating on.
