Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

Thought and communal belief are powerful forces. Much like how gods derive power from their believers, you have also tapped into the power of collective beliefs, though you are still unable to refine it quite right, only able to siphon power from it just as a warlocks would bargain favor from their Patron. As a warlock of a Conglomerate Union, your power is almost entirely dependent on the collective itself and thus is extremely volatile and hard to control, usually granting you boons and powers only if it is specifically comedic for the situation.

Ask Chat

Beginning at 1st level, you may consult the collective of thoughts within your mind before you do something. Before you roll a d20 to determine the result of an action, as a free action you may refer directly to your collective of patrons to roll a percentile die and consult the Collective chart bellow. You may use this feature an amount of times equal to your proficiency bonus regaining all uses once you finish a short or long rest.

Membership

Also staring at 1st level, the magic of your Patrons ensure you periodically get benefits directly from their powers. At the end of a long rest, your patron grants you temporary knowledge on one spell of your choice from any class. You know that spell until you choose another and can cast it once for free at it's lowest level without expending a spell slot and you may expend a spell slot to cast it again. The spell must be of a level you can cast, must be of 6th level or lower. The chosen spell counts as a Warlock spell for you but doesn’t count against the number of Warlock spells you know.

At 14th level, you can choose up to two spell's fulfilling the previous requirements. Each spell can be casted once at it's lowest level or until you expend a spell slot to cast it again.

Mods!

The amount of collective beliefs you can tap into has grown great enough that you may begin harnessing parts of it for yourself. At the start of 6th level, within your pool of collective thoughts, you can designate an Administrator to assist you in controlling the collective of thoughts. Once per long rest, you may have your Administrator perform one of the following special actions. Once the Administrator performs the action, you may not use it until you finish a long rest.

  • Democracy. When you use the feature Ask Chat, you may choose to ignore the percentile roll and do not gain any of the effects of the roll.
  • Promote. As an action, you may immediately change the spell chosen for your Donation feature. You must use this action before you cast the spell without expending its spell slot.
  • Ban Hammer. As an action choose one creature within 90ft of yourself that you can see, the creature must succeed a Charisma Saving throw against your spell casting DC, upon a failure the creature takes an amount of radiant damage equal to half your Warlock level x 5.

You gain an additional Administrator at 13th and 18th level, thus allowing each Administrator to perform a special action per long rest.

Never Alone

Beginning at 10th level, you are quite literally never alone with the conglomerate of thoughts that makes up your patron always having at least two or three thoughts around. You gain resistance to Psychic damage and have advantage on any saves against the Frightened and Charmed conditions.

Donations

Some of the collective consciousness that makes up your patron has even begun to actually enjoy watching you and now pay you a royalty of sorts whenever you start doing something interesting. Beginning at 14th level, when you roll a natural 20 or a natural 1 on a d20, your patrons grants you a small boon for how entertaining it is. Consult the small boon table bellow for the granted benefit.
