Starreaver’s Bounty

At 3rd level, when you join this Conclave, you learn to unleash the power of the star bound to your being. You gain a number of Stolenstar Charges equal to your proficiency bonus plus your wisdom modifier. Stolenstar Charges replenish on Long Rest. You additionally regain a Stolenstar Charge after killing an enemy.

You may spend these charges in a plethora of ways.

Astral Step: As a bonus action, you can spend one Stolenstar charge to teleport up to 15 feet to a space you can see. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier per long rest.

  • When you use Astral Step, your next attack deals an additional 1d6 radiant or cold damage.

Star Slash: When you make a weapon attack, you can spend one Stolenstar charge and may choose to replace the attack’s damage with cold or radiant damage.

  • Augmented attacks deal an extra 1d4 damage of the chosen type.

Starrage: As a bonus action, you may choose to expend three Stolenstar charges and enter your Starrage form for one minute. In this form, you become enveloped in a pale blue light with astral energy arcing off of you. While in the Starrage form, you gain the following effects.

  • Your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 radiant or cold damage (your choice per hit).
  • You gain a +10 ft bonus to your movement speed.
  • You can teleport up to 10 ft as a bonus action once per turn using Astral Step without expending a Stolenstar Charge
  • You emit dim light in a 10-foot radius.

Unleash Supernova

While in Starrage Form, you can use your action to unleash the power of your star undergoing Supernova. All creatures of your choice in a 30-foot radius must make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + Proficiency Bonus + Wisdom modifier). On a fail, they take 8d6 Radiant and 8d6 cold damage, and are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half damage and are not stunned. Using Supernova immediately ends your Starrage Form. You cannot enter your Starrage Form again until you finish a long rest.

Scintillating Light

At 7th level, you have learned to release and control more power from your star. Your Starrage form gains the following traits:

  • The bonus damage increases to 1d6 cold or radiant.
  • Astral Step distance increases to 20 feet and no longer requires a bonus action, but can instead be used once per turn when you make an attack..
  • You gain the ability Starlight Mirage; When a creature you can see makes an attack against you, you can use your reaction to teleport 10 feet, causing the attack to miss if you're no longer in range. You can use Starlight Mirage once per round, and you can use it a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
  • Upon hitting a target, you may expend one Stolenstar charge to implant them with two turns of Charging Star. At the beginning of an enemy's turn, if they are inflicted with Charging Star, they take 1d6 Radiant Damage. On a critical hit, all turns of Charging Star are detonated immediately.

Unmoored Star

At 11th level, the power you draw from your star reaches sublime heights. Your Starrage form gains the following traits:

  • The bonus damage increases to 1d8 cold or radiant.
  • You gain a flying speed of 30 ft, hovering in a glimmering comet trail.
  • Critical hits made in Starrage Form automatically maximize the bonus radiant/cold dice from this subclass, excluding the damage dealt from Charging Star.
  • Astral Step may now be used twice per turn.
  • While in your Starrage form, the weapons you wield are imbued with the power of your star. They become +2 magic weapons if they are not already, and they can ignore resistance to either Cold or Radiant damage. The resistance that will be bypassed must be chosen at the start of the Starrage, and cannot be changed until a new Starrage form is entered.
  • Additionally, when you enter your Starrage Form, you may choose to become incorporeal until the end of your turn. While incorporeal, you can move through creatures and objects. If you end your turn while inside an object or creature, you are transferred to the closest available space, and you take 1d10 force damage.

  • You emit dim light in a 30-foot radius, and magical darkness cannot obscure your vision or suppress your light.
  • Enemies that start their turn within 10 ft of you take cold damage equal to your Wisdom modifier, unless they succeed on a Constitution save (DC = 8 + Prof + Wis mod).
  • Astral Step may now be used three times per turn.
  • While in your Starrage form, the weapons you wield are imbued with the power of your star. They become +3 magic weapons if they are not already, and they can ignore resistance to both Cold and Radiant damage.
