Base Class: Sorcerer
Your innate magic comes from an ancestor whose very existence was marred by the Temporal Energy Plane. Most often, sorcerers with this origin trace their descent back to a mighty sorcerer of ancient times whose origin seems to be of a different time. These sorcerers are exceptionally rare as few mortals can successfully manipulate time around them without destroying themselves completely.
Rewind
Starting at 1st level, you can fold time in small increments to your will. When you miss or fail an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you may pull yourself back in time and immediately retry it with none the wiser. You may use this ability a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier to a minimum of 1. This feature recharges on a long rest
Relativity
When you reach 5th level in this class, you learn the Haste and Slow spells, which don't count against your number of sorcerer spells known.
Suspension
At 6th level, you gain the ability to trap a creature in a bubble of slowed time. As a bonus action, you can spend 3 sorcery points to encase a target until the start of your next turn. The following are imposed on the target:
- Attacks by the target are made with disadvantage.
- Attacks on the target are made with advantage.
- The target has disadvantage on Dexterity and Strength saving throws and ability checks.
- The target's speed is halved.
Time Step
At 14th level, you gain the ability to briefly stop time when you're in danger. When you take damage, you may use your reaction to stop time and move up to 60 feet, seemingly having teleported away to others' eyes.
Survivor of the Temporal Plane
At 18th level, you gain the ability to revert your physical form and manipulate time itself around you to regain your former vitality. As a reaction when you take damage, you can undo the damage taken. This also cures you of any diseases, curses, or status effects gained from that damage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
