Base Class: Rogue
- When the world ended, Sigilis, the city of order and time, escaped the reality before it could be done any harm. In that burst of energy, some shards of time where left behind, and housed themselves in humanoids in Enclave. These individuals found themselves with the ability to freeze enemies in time and even stop themselves from aging.
Level 3: Ageless
The Shard embedded in your body stops it from aging. You can’t die of old age, and your character does not grow any older unless the Shard is removed.
Level 3: Chronofreeze
You’ve learned how to freeze your opponents in place when you gain the upper hand. When you use a sneak attack, instead of dealing damage, you can stun the target. Deal the damage you would normally do with the attack, then take your sneak attack dice and divide the number of them in two, rounded up. This is how many rounds the target will be stunned. At the end of each of their turns they can make a constitution saving throw and end the effect on a success. You can use this ability once per long rest. It increases to twice per long rest when you reach 13th level in this class.
Level 9: Quick Eyes
Your eyes are quite speedy. You gain proficiency in the Perception and Investigation skills.
Level 13: Time Walk
You can speed yourself up immensely. As a bonus action, you assume a specialized form. While in this form, your speed is doubled, but you can’t attack. You can stay in this form for 5 minutes or until you choose to end it as a bonus action. You can use this feature once per long rest.
Level 17: Rath of the Timeless
Once per long rest, you can cast the spell Time Stop. If you do, you lose 2 AC until the start of your next long rest.
