Druid
Base Class: Druid

Druids of the Circle of the Sun draw their power from the blazing heart of the sky—the life-giving, world-shaping furnace of the Sun. To them, fire is not merely a force of destruction, but a sacred instrument of renewal. Just as wildfires clear dead underbrush and awaken dormant seeds, so too do these druids believe in burning away stagnation to make room for vibrant new life. They walk the line between radiant mercy and scorching judgment, wielding flame as both nurturer and purifier.

Level 3: Circle of the Sun Spells

When you reach a Druid level specified in the Circle of the Sun Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

In addition, you can cast the spells from this feature while you’re in a Wild Shape form.

Circle of the Sun Spells
Druid Level Prepared Spells
3 Searing Smite, Flaming Sphere, Fire Bolt
5 Fireball
7 Wall of Fire
9 Flame Strike

Level 6: Improved Circle Forms

While in a Wild Shape form, you gain the following benefits.

Flaming Strikes. Each of your attacks in a Wild Shape form can deal its normal damage type or Fire damage. You make this choice each time you hit with those attacks.

Increased Toughness. You can add your Wisdom modifier to your Constitution saving throws.

Level 10: Sunlit Step

As a Bonus Action, you can teleport between open flames, up to 60 feet away that you can see. The starting and ending points of this teleportation must be mundane or open flames, that are at least Small size, so a campfire is big enough, but a lit candle is not. If you are currently in one of your Circle of the Sun forms, this counts as a valid source. Additionally, if you use this ability immediately after casting a spell that deals Fire damage, you can teleport to a space within 5 feet of the affected location or target.

After teleporting you have Advantage on the next melee attack you make before the end of the current turn.

Level 14: Solar Form

The power of the moon suffuses you, granting you the following benefits.

Improved Solar Radiance. Once per turn, you can deal an extra 2d10 Fire damage to a target you hit with a Wild Shape form’s attack.

Shared Sunlight. Whenever you use Sunlit Step, you can also teleport one willing creature. That creature must be within 10 feet of you, and you teleport it to an unoccupied space you can see within 10 feet of your destination space.
