Fleshshaper Features

Level 3 - Fleshbound Arsenal

At 3rd level, you can grow and alter your own weapons and armor using biomantic transmutation.

  • As a bonus action, you can sacrifice hit points equal to your Crimson Rite damage die to create one of the following effects:
    • Vitae Weapon – You grow a thrown melee weapon from your own bio-matter. It is magical, and you can use your Intelligence modifier for attack and damage rolls instead of Strength or Dexterity.
    • Reactive Armor – You shape your skin into hardened plating, granting you +2 AC until the start of your next turn.
    • Regenerative Blood – You momentarily override pain, reducing all damage you take by half your proficiency bonus for 1 round.

Level 7 - Hemocraft Construct

At 7th level, you can use your own blood to create a temporary biomantic construct.

  • As an action, you sacrifice hit points equal to three rolls of your Crimson Rite damage die to summon a Flesh Golem-like construct that fights for you.
  • The construct lasts for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 HP.
  • It follows your commands, acting on your turn, and can make a melee attack or grapple enemies.
  • Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before using it again.

"If I cannot clone myself, then let my blood fight for me."
— Zeraphan the First Zemnian

Level 11 - Vitae Engine

At 11th level, your biomantic transmutations accelerate, allowing you to reshape your body (within divine limits).

  • As a bonus action, you can sacrifice hit points equal to four rolls of your Crimson Rite damage die to gain one of the following benefits for 1 minute:
    • Enhanced Reflexes – Gain +4 AC and advantage on Dexterity saving throws.
    • Augmented Strength – Your melee attacks deal extra Hemocraft Die damage, and you can make an additional attack when you take the Attack action.
    • Pain Reversal – When a creature damages you, they take half the damage back (necrotic or psychic).

— Zeraphan the First Zemnian

Level 15 - Requiem Flesh

At 15th level, you gain the ability to reconstruct yourself after death.

  • If you are reduced to 0 HP but not killed outright, you can regrow your body, restoring half your hit points and releasing a wave of biomantic energy that deals Crimson Rite damage to all creatures within 10 feet.
  • Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before using it again.

"They called me a heretic. And yet, I rise."

At 18th level, you can fully unleash your biomantic power, becoming a living weapon for a short time.

  • As a bonus action, you can sacrifice hit points equal to six rolls of your Crimson Rite damage die to enter an Ascended State for 1 minute, gaining the following benefits:
    • You grow additional limbs or biological extensions, granting you an extra attack per turn.
    • You gain resistance to all non-magical damage.
    • Your attacks ignore resistance and immunity to non-magical damage.
