Base Class: Bard
Bards that specialize in the College of Restoration use their words to heal and encourage allies instead of using their words to hurt others. They devote their time to bond with the people they care about, and are always there for their friends and family when they need it the most. These Bards want others to feel connected with the outside world, and to make it so that even when things get tough, team moral is still high, one kind act at a time.
Level 3: Comforting Words
You have a pool of d6's equal to your bard level plus your charisma modifier. As a bonus action, you can expend dice from the pool, roll those dice, and restore the hit points of one creature that can hear and understand you and that you can see within 30 feet of you by an amount of health equal to the total of the rolls of the expended dice. The amount of dice you can expend at a time is equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended dice from the pool after finishing a long rest.
Level 3: Good Vibes
When you expend some of your remaining hit dice to heal during a short rest, you can also heal up to 3 allies within 30 feet of you by an amount of d8's equal to to half of the amount of hit dice you expended (Rounded Down). For example, if you use 5 hit dice, you can heal up to 3 allies within 30 feet of you 2d8 hit points for that short rest. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Level 6: Resurrecting Words
When you see an ally within 60 feet of you drop to 0 hit points, you can use a reaction to roll all of your remaining Bardic Inspiration dice, times the result by 2, and heal the target by that much. The Bardic dies used in this ability aren't expended. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Level 14: Encouraging Inspiration
When you give someone a Bardic Inspiration, they gain the following benefits:
They gain temporary hit points equal to 2 rolls of your Bardic Inspiration die
They are immune to the frightened and charmed conditions for 1 minute
They can add their proficiency bonus to the roll of the Bardic Inspiration when they decide to use it
