Base Class: Rogue
Silent as shadows and swift as death, rogues who follow the path of The Silent are masters of daggers, terror, and agility. They strike swiftly and vanish, leaving only fear and blood in their wake.
Dagger Savant (3rd level)
You are a master of the dagger. When wielding a dagger:
-
Your dagger damage die becomes 1d6.
-
When two-weapon fighting with daggers, you may add your ability modifier to the damage of your off-hand attack.
-
As a bonus action, you may double your proficiency bonus for a ranged dagger attack.
-
Daggers are considered finesse, light, and thrown (range 20/60) for you, and you always have enough daggers at hand (they seem to appear from nowhere).
Flurry of Daggers (3rd level)
Your hands blur with lethal speed when you fight with daggers. You gain the following benefits:
-
Flurry Strike: As a bonus action, you can make two dagger attacks instead of one. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses when you finish a long rest.
-
Pinning Blade: When you hit a creature with a dagger attack, you can force it to make a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + your Dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus). On a failed save, the target’s speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn, as you pin them in place with precision.
-
Ricochet Throw: When you miss with a ranged dagger attack, you can reroll the attack against another target within 10 feet of the original. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum once), regaining all uses on a long rest.
Uncanny Agility (9th level)
You can Dash or Disengage as a bonus action on each of your turns.
Additionally, if a creature within 5 feet misses you with an attack made at disadvantage, you may use your reaction to make a dagger opportunity attack against them.
Dagger Precision (13th level)
You gain unmatched accuracy with your blade:
-
You score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 with daggers.
-
When you roll a 1 on a dagger damage die, you may reroll it. You must use the new roll.
Storm of Steel (17th level)
You can unleash a devastating barrage of daggers.
-
Dagger Spray: As an action, you hurl daggers in a 15-foot cone or a 30-foot line (5 ft wide). All creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + Dexterity modifier), taking 4d6 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
-
Rain of Blades: Once per long rest, as an action, you may target a point within 120 feet. All creatures in a 30-foot radius must make a Dexterity saving throw (same DC). On a failed save, they take 4d6 + your Dexterity modifier piercing damage as spectral daggers rain from above.
