Level 3: Body Shot

Once per turn, after landing an unarmed attack, you can expend 1 focus point to force a constitution saving throw from the target DC 10 + half your monk level rounded up. On a failed save, roll your martial arts die and reduce their AC by the result until the start of your next turn, or a creature makes a successful attack against the targets AC.

Level 6: Bob and Weave

Once per turn, when you use patient defence, you can expend an extra focus point, roll your martial arts die and add the result to your AC until the start of your next turn. Only usable if unarmoured.

Level 11: Going the Distance

You gain advantage on all saving throws against being knocked prone. Once per short rest, when you are incapacitated you can chose to remain on your feet instead of falling prone, and will remain on your feet until you are forced prone otherwise.

Level 17: Combination

Whenever you land a critical hit with your unarmed attack, you can expend 1 focus point to make an additional attack against the same target.
