Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

Your patron is the Raven Queen. Who or what she is, is not quite clear to you.
She or it is something old, quiet and intimate: a veiled watcher of the forgotten, a shadow that embraces. She does not demand obeisance, does not issue proclamations. She waits, and watches, and when the world casts someone aside, she offers what no light ever could: acceptance.
Her Warlocks are called by a soft voice in the dark, by a feather at their feet, in moments when they are most lost and the world forgets them. Those she chooses are but survivors.
Warlocks who serve the Raven Queen are given no grand mission. Instead, they walk among the broken and the voiceless, unseen but never idle. They are the hand in the dark, the whisper in the silence, the blade that strikes not in anger, but in balance. They carry no banner, seek no glory, but where injustice festers in light’s shadow, they bring reckoning.
You did not choose her. She chose you.

Level 3: Raven Queen Spells

When you reach a Warlock level specified in the Raven Queen Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Raven Queen Spells
Warlock Level Spells
3 Message, False Life, Sanctuary, Silence, Spiritual Weapon
5 Blink, Speak with Dead
7 Ice Storm, Locate Creature
9 Cone of Cold, Seeming

Level 3: Eyes of the Forgotten

At 3rd level you gain the ability to summon a spectral Raven. The Raven is a Fey creature that takes the statistics of a Raven Familiar (use the familiar rules in the Find Familiar spell).
It does not require material components to summon but counts against the number of familiars you can have.

You can summon or dismiss the Raven as a Bonus Action, and it vanishes if it drops to 0 hit points, you die, or you dismiss it.
At the end of a Short Rest or Long Rest, you can call the Raven back to you, and it reappears within 5 feet of you.

While your raven is within 100 feet of you:

  • You can give it telepathic commands.
  • As an Action, you can see through its eyes and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn.
  • You gain Darkvision out to 60 feet (or extend your existing Darkvision by 30 feet).
  • You gain a bonus to your passive Wisdom (Perception) and Wisdom (Perception) checks equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of +1).

Additionally, if the Raven is reduced to 0 hit points by a creature, you can use your reaction to mark that creature. Until the end of your next turn, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature.

Level 6: Soul of the Raven

At 6th level you can briefly become one with your Raven, taking on its form to slip through the cracks of the world unseen.
As a Bonus Action while your Raven is within 5 feet of you, you and the Raven merge into a single spectral form for up to 1 minute.

While merged:

  • You become Tiny and gain a flying speed of 50 feet.
  • You retain your own hit points, AC, and Saving Throws, but you cannot cast spells or make weapon attacks.
  • You can take only the Dash, Disengage, Dodge, Help, Hide, or Search actions.
  • You benefit from your Eyes of the Forgotten feature as if the Raven were within 100 feet of you.
  • You can pass through openings as small as 1 foot without squeezing.
  • You can end this form early as a Bonus Action. When the effect ends, you reappear in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of where you ended the transformation.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Level 10: The Queen’s Shield

At 10th level your patron grants you a protective blessing. You gain Advantage on Death Saving Throws, immunity to the Frightened condition, and Resistance to Necrotic Damage.

Level 14: The Queen's Right Hand

At 14th level you can unleash the Raven Queen’s judgment upon the living.

As an action, you can cast The Ravens Judgement without expending a spell slot. When you do so, you can choose to channel the Queen’s mark into the attack: If the spell reduces a creature to 0 hit points, its corpse is marked by a black feather that prevents it from being raised as Undead by any means, unless by a Wish spell.

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a Long Rest.
