Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

At some point in your life, you were exposed to the raw power of time. As a result you have gained some ability to control it

Level 3: Change the flow of time

One a day, you can take a short rest and gain the full benefits of a long rest. As you level up, the amount of rest you can take to gain the full benefits of a long rest decreases

Level 6: Slow time

you find your ability to play with time enables you to act act faster.

Level 14: Peer through time

Once per long rest, with 1 hour of meditative concentration, you peer through time to view either the future or the past. What you see is entirely up to your DM and if you view what is yet to come, it is only one among infinite possibilities.

Level 18: Change the fate’s design

For the next minute you determine the outcome of every dice roll. You can directly choose damage numbers. For ability checks, saves, and rolls you only determine if they succeed or fail. If a creature makes a roll that crits, you have no power over that roll and anything that results. If two creatures use this ability, the creature that used it second fails to do so.

whenever you use this ability, roll a d20. Subtract the result from 21 and the result is your dc for this ability. Make this check anytime you change an outcome. If you fail the check, this ability ends immediately

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a Long Rest.
