Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Crimson Reavers are predators who dance between life and death, carving through foes with surgical precision and feeding on the blood that spills. Every cut is purposeful, every strike a harvest. As they fight, they drain vitality from their enemies and bottle it into crimson vials, ready to pour back into their allies or themselves when the tide turns.

To see a Crimson Reaver in motion is to witness a blur of speed and cunning—slashes that open wounds before the enemy realizes they’ve been struck, movements as fluid as water, and the unnerving calm of a killer who knows exactly where to cut. They are as much butcher as surgeon, weaving violence and healing into the same flowing dance.

Those who embrace this path are not just assassins; they are reavers of life itself. With every vial filled, the Crimson Reaver grows stronger, moving faster, striking harder, and turning the battlefield into a current of blood and survival.

Level 3: Crimson vial

Crimson Vials

At 3rd level, you learn to harvest the lifeblood of your enemies and bind it into glass vials, turning every strike into a reservoir of survival. Whenever you deal slashing damage to a creature, you capture a portion of its vitality, gaining Vial Points equal to half the slashing damage dealt (rounded down). These points flow into the crimson vials you carry at your side, glowing faintly with stolen life.

You may store up to 100 Vial Points at a time. As a bonus action, you can expend any number of Vial Points in one of two ways:

  • Heal Another. You press a vial into the wounds of a creature within 5 feet. That creature regains hit points equal to the points you spend.
  • Drink the Vial. You consume the blood yourself, regaining hit points equal to the points you spend.

Any unused Vial Points vanish when you finish a long rest, the stolen vitality evaporating into nothingness.

Level 9: Hemorrhage Combo

At 9th level, your precision with dual blades becomes terrifying. When both of your daggers strike the same target in a single turn, you don’t just wound them — you rip the cut wider, exploiting the same weakness twice. This lets you apply your Sneak Attack damage a second time against the same foe, once per turn. To onlookers, it appears as a blur of steel and crimson: two strikes in perfect harmony that leave an enemy staggering and bleeding from a single devastating opening.

Level 13: Crimson surge

At 13th level, the Crimson Reaver learns to channel blood into pure, violent speed. Each time you strike down a foe, their body yields an additional 10 Vial Points, flooding your vials with fresh vitality.

As a bonus action, you may uncork that power and spend 20 Vial Points to unleash a sudden crimson surge. Until the start of your next turn, you

with unstoppable momentum:

  • You gain one additional Attack action, which you can use to make attacks with your daggers or your blowgun.
  • Your movement speed increases by 20 feet as you blur across the battlefield.

In this moment, you are a rushing torrent of steel and blood — carving deeper, striking faster, and weaving through your enemies like the river itself.

Level 17: Crimson Avatar

At 17th level, you unlock the pinnacle of your art — the Crimson Avatar. By uncorking your vials and flooding your body with stolen vitality, you enter a state of pure predatory frenzy.

As a bonus action, you may spend 50 Vial Points to activate this form for 1 minute. While in this state:

  • You gain +1 Attack action per turn, which can be used to make attacks with your daggers or your blowgun.
  • Your movement speed doubles, allowing you to weave through the battlefield with impossible swiftness.
  • You do not provoke opportunity attacks when you move, slipping past enemies like flowing blood.

This form ends early if you are reduced to 0 Vial Points. Once you have used Crimson Avatar, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
