The Stormgärd Warlord is not merely a warrior — they are the voice that calls men to battle, the storm that crashes against the shield wall, and the fire that keeps warriors fighting long after hope seems lost. Drawing upon the traditions of northern jarls and pagan chieftains, these fighters wield their presence as surely as their weapons.

To follow the Path of the Stormgärd, is to become both leader and legend. In battle, you carry the strength of your ancestors; in peace, your words stir loyalty as deeply as fear. You may be a clan-chief’s heir, a wandering warlord forging your own saga, or a warrior who has learned that victory belongs not to the lone sword, but to the shield wall united under one banner.

Level 3: Voice of the Warband

You gain proficiency in Persuasion and Intimidation if you don’t already have them.

  • As a bonus action, you can rally your allies. Choose up to 3 creatures within 30 feet who can see or hear you. They gain temporary hit points equal to your Fighter level.

  • You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses on a long rest.

Level 7: Shield Wall Tactician

Your presence strengthens the unity of your warband.

  • When a creature within 10 feet of you is hit with an attack, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll, as you shout commands or interpose your weapon/shield.

  • Additionally, allies within 10 feet of you gain a +1 bonus to AC while they can see or hear you

Level 10: Saga of Steel and Spirit

The tales of your deeds empower your allies.

  • When you roll initiative, you can inspire your allies with a rallying cry. Choose up to 5 creatures within 60 feet. They gain advantage on their first attack roll or saving throw made before the start of your next turn.

  • Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you complete a short or long rest.

Level 15: Wrath of the Warlord

Your presence drives allies to strike harder when blood is spilled.

  • When you score a critical hit or reduce a creature to 0 hit points, allies within 30 feet may immediately make one weapon attack as a reaction.

  • This reaction can only be used once per creature per round.

Level 18: Chosen of the Stormgärd

You have become a living legend, a warlord whose presence is destiny itself.

  • You and allies within 30 feet of you cannot be frightened or charmed while you are conscious.

  • When you use your Second Wind, you may extend its healing to up to 3 allies within 30 feet. Each chosen ally regains hit points equal to your Fighter level.
