Bard
Base Class: Bard

Maybe you spent too much time wandering in the forest, maybe you grew to be great friends with a druid, or maybe you even got a crush on a dryad, the college of sustenance is a non-recognized college formed through bards loving the forest, and now you're one of them.

this college believes in the knowledge behind your words, still relying on charisma, but also throwing in wisdom to sweeten the deal, with this wisdom they command plants to play along with their songs and trees to sway to the tunes.

This college is usually reserved for people who had no intent to even join it, they wander through nature unknowingly and it just clicks. The note of wildness in their songs gets added, and the chaos of predictability sings its tune as strong as the lyre.

Followers of this college tend to join druid groves, or join parties as a nature's guide.

Class spells

You gain spells from choosing this subclass

Bounty of the wild

Using this feature, you spend an hour connecting with the forest via song, this feature can only be used in an area with ample nature according to your DM

you choose one of following benefits:

Ambrosia sprout:

A sprouting of sweet fruits appear, feeding you and your party, the growth consists of a bush bearing 10 fruits all growing ~0.5ft in size, each equipped with a healing factor equal to your wisdom modifier. (Base 1 healing)

The fruit, called Ambrosia, glows a saturated yellow, and tastes sweet and citrusy.

This fruit can be used for camp supplies or as a component in healing ointment.

If not eaten or used as a component within an hour, the fruits rot and fade back into the wild.

Root song:

A instrument of your choice grows from the roots of a nearby plant, it is a semipermanent construct, rotting when 50 ft away from you.

These instruments grant a bonus to any chr checks (not spells or saving throws) equal to your wisdom modifier, (base +1)

The size of this instrument is limited to anything an average person could carry in their arms, and the strings are made of silk.

Gaia's dome:

A barely noticeable, dome appears around you, spanning for your wisdom modifier * 10 (base of 10 ft)

Any non-magical beast becomes pacified within the dome, and won't attack out of lure malice or hunger alone

There is also a passive speak with animals active within this dome, allowing anyone in it to use it's effects

This dome lasts 10 hours, and will dissipate if you're more than 100ft away from it

Replenishing nectar lv6:
A sweet sap appears around you, when collected it gives you one of your bardic inspiration points back for every point in wisdom.

this sap can be used as a substitute for honey in drinks, or as a component in energy drinks.

After an hour this sap starts to go stale, losing it's effects, and in a day it becomes a solid but goopy block.

When you reach level 14 the casting time decreases to half an hour.

Nature's bind

When you are surrounded by ample nature, you can add your proficiency bonus again to any charisma skill checks made, no matter if you are already proficient in them.

Snare of truth

Using a bonus action, you ensnare someone consuming a bardic inspiration point if they are within hearing, this person cannot move until you asked a question, or if your turn in combat ends

You ask this person one question, this question in not limited by anything unless the DM says so.

If the recipient answers truthfully, the vines binding them disappear without a trace, but otherwise, they grow thorns, dealing 1d6 + Wis damage and putting the recipient in the "poisoned" state if they fail a Dex save against your spell DC.

Flower dance

Whenever you heal one of your allies, a row of magical flowers tracks to your nearest ally within 15 ft, this Ally is not allowed to be the caster, nor any ally already healed this way that turn.

if there are 2 allies at the same distance you can choose which way it goes, otherwise it's chosen by distance.

The healing is equal to half of the amount your original spell did, and if it hits a third person, it gets halved again and so forth.

the effect ends if there's either no ally in range or if it has bounced 5 times.
