A wizard made of paint who has a book of cards instead of spells. The levels of the spells are the prepared monsters that can be summoned with each representing a prepared creature of the same CR as the slot level.

Resistance Painting

Paint flows around your body camouflaging you in the colors of your surroundings +2 to AC

 

Starting at 6th level, when you summon a painted illusion of creature (half health half damage) you can use a paint point (sorcery points) to imbue it with intent. It will do its best to carry out this intent to the best of its ability if it completes this intent you receive 2 paint points. You can choose to receive one paint point and have the creature solidify for one minute. When solidified the creature has the same stats as the creature it is based on. 

 

You can add up to 3 CR to the creature summoned expending one paint point per creature level added. 

Pigment Mastery

When you Create a creature from a card you can specify the color of the Pigment When a creature is hit by that color 3 times they gain vulnerability to the damage type associated with that color. 

Red (fire), Blue (lightning), Green (poison), Black (acid), White (cold), Brass (fire), Bronze (lightning), Copper (acid), Gold (fire), and Silver (cold)
