Kein’s vision blurred, pain gnawing at him with every ragged breath. The roar of battle pressed in from all sides, and the world felt impossibly heavy. Then, a calm voice cut through the chaos. “Stay with me,” it said, soft but firm, carrying a strange warmth.

The World Sage came like a gust of wind, robes flickering with streaks of radiant light. Every step was impossibly fast, almost dancing, and the ground seemed to bend beneath their feet. A soldier lunged at the sage, dagger glinting, but in a heartbeat, the monk blurred. The attack missed, the man stumbling back as scorch marks traced the path of the radiant energy left behind.

The sage knelt beside Kein, hands glowing with warm, golden light. “You’re safe now. I’ve got you,” they murmured. Pain ebbed, breath steadied, and wounds closed like water flowing into the earth. Kein’s eyes widened, staring at the impossible figure who had appeared from the storm. And before he could even speak, the World Sage was up again, moving through the chaos like a living tempest, every motion precise, unstoppable, and strangely kind.

Level 3: Breath of the Wild

As a bonus action, ignite your fists with radiant flames, dealing an extra 1d4 radiant damage.
Grants an extra 20ft movement speed, allows you to move both before and after your attack.

Level 6: Sage's Step

 

  • Enhanced Mobility: Your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and difficult terrain doesn’t slow you. You can also Dash as a bonus action, even if you’ve already used Step of the Wind this turn.

  • Momentum Strike: When you move at least 10 feet on your turn and hit a creature with an unarmed strike or monk weapon, you can spend 1 ki point to push the target up to 15 feet in any direction. If the target collides with a solid object, they take bludgeoning damage equal to your monk level.

  • Radiant Momentum: When you use Flurry of Blows after moving, each extra strike deals radiant damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

 

Level 11: Worlds Resonance

 

  • Flowing Aura: Allies within 10 feet of you can move through difficult terrain without penalty.

  • Sage Step: As a bonus action, you can move through creatures and difficult terrain as if it were open ground.

  • Reactive Mastery: You can spend 1 ki point to use your reaction to halve damage from an attack or redirect it to a space within 10 feet.

 

Level 17: Worlds Avatar

 

  • Perfect Harmony: You are immune to all non-magical damage and gain advantage on saving throws against magical effects.

  • World-Bending Movement: Move through creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain; leaving trails of radiant energy that deal damage to anyone crossing them.

  • Ultimate Strike: Once per long rest, spend 3 ki points to strike for monk level × 15 radiant damage, and choose push 30 feet, knock prone, restrain, or daze the target.

  • Radiant Storm: Once per long rest, you can spend 5 ki points to create a 30-foot radius storm of radiant energy. Enemies in the area must make a Dexterity save or take monk level × 5 radiant damage and be knocked prone. Half damage on a success.
