Monk
Base Class: Monk

This path is chosen by those seeking to stalk and kill their prey with intent to drain their victim of their mind and body.

Bloodseeker

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, your Unarmored Defense can now be calculated using your Constitution modifier in place of the Wisdom modifier.

Your fascination with the Vampyr inspires you to file your canines into fine daggers. Your Unarmed Strike is evolved into a Bite attack dealing piercing damage rather than bludgeoning.

Your perseverance in stalking your prey at night has given you the ability to see remarkably well in the dark. You have Darkvision up to 120 ft.

Also at 3rd level, your persistent focus on your prey has given you resilience in being mentally swayed by those who you have harmed. You are immune to being charmed by a creature that you have attacked in the last 10 minutes.

Bloodlust

Starting at 6th level, you gain this Ki feature. You may expend up to 2 Ki points as you declare your Bite attack. [No action]

  • (1 Ki point) On a hit, you gain hit points equal to the number rolled on your martial arts die on the Bite attack. On a miss, the target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is [condition]frightened[/ condition] of you until the end of your next turn.
  • (2 Ki points) On a hit, you gain twice that number of hit points instead. Also, the creature hit by your Bite attack must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is [condition]charmed[/ condition] by you until the end of your next turn.

Vampiric Reflexes

At 11th level, your dedication to the hunt allows you to exceed your normal athletic ability. As a reaction, you can expend 1 Ki point to gain advantage on a Dexterity saving throw.

When a creature of your size or smaller attempts to grapple you, the creature has disadvantage on the grapple.

When your Bite attack reduces an enemy’s hit points to 0, you gain Ki points equal to a third of your monk level (rounded up).

Master Vampire

At 17th level, you can expend 13 Ki points to ascend to your true form for the next 10 minutes. You gain the following benefits while in this form:

  • Your Bite attack deals an extra 2d6 necrotic damage.
  • You have resistance to necrotic damage.
  • You have a flight speed of 30 ft.
  • An enemy that starts its turn within 30 ft. of you must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature’s speed is reduced to 0 until the start of its next turn. On a success, the creature is immune to this effect for 24 hours.
  • You gain advantage on Death saving throws.
