 The Oath of Wrath calls paladins to great might for a price.These paladins wish to slay all foes who stand before them sometimes called Reaper knights.These paladins follow the tenets of: Force is the only way. why talk it out when with a little force anyone will follow. Hate the dead. The remains are a sigh of failure,they need no sympathy. Never backdown. If you have the choice between death and capture you pick death.

Extra Channel divinity option

When you take this oath at 3rd level you gain the following channel divinity option.

Faster smites. When you use a spell with smite in its name that has a casting time of one action you can use your channel divinity to cast it in one bonus action you cant cast another spell this turn.

 

 

Improved Smite

All spells without the word smite you can not use. All spells that deal d6 damage deal d8 damage instead. when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack you can use hateful smite.Hateful smite, you can expend one spell slot to deal necrotic damage to the target, in addition to the weapon's damage. The extra damage is 3d6 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d6 for each spell level higher than 1st. The damage increases by 2d6 if the target is not undead or a fiend.

Aura of Wrath

You exude an aura of wrath that extends 30ft. when ever you hit a target with any type of smite you can deal an extra 2d6+cha mod necrotic damage to a different creature in the aura and you take damage necrotic equal to the extra damage (This damage cant be reduced). At 18th level the range increases by 30ft. 

Burst of Wrath

When you hit an enemy with a melee attack you can cast ball of wrath that deals necrotic damage, a number of times equal to your charisma modifier plus 1 (to a minimum of 2) per short or long rest.

Embodiment of Wrath

At level twenty you can infuse your body with unholy might. As an action you can become the Embodiment of Wrath for 1 minute and you can extend it by 1 minute to gain a level of exhaustion equal to the number of extra minutes once per long rest, you gain the following benefits.

  • Resistant to all damage types except radiant
  • When you hit an attack you can use a 4th level hateful smite for no cost (You can still use Ball of Wrath)
  • All fear enemies you hit counts a critical hit
  • When you kill a foe all enemies within 15 ft become feared

 

Superior Smite

When you use hateful smite the damage for every spell slot above 1st the damage increases from 1d6 to 1d8 per spell slot level.
