Base Class: Barbarian
Rage isn’t just a blunt weapon. Anger isn’t just for the infantry. The use of Hate as fuel isn’t confined those who wield swords and axes.
You, at least to others, are a paradoxical creature. You’re the most aggressive yet have the option to stay the farthest from the enemy. You are far more dignified than their ego would like and far more savage than their sense of self preservation would like. You are extremely focused but also extremely hyperactive. To many this makes you horribly uncanny, like you should have choose a more fitting profession like death cultist or serial killer, but instead you’re here, with them. And to most people, they find that weirdly comforting, because you’re on their side.
Draw Strength
You may use your Strength score in place of your Dexterity score for the damage rolled with longbows. Furthermore, while you are enraged you may add both your Strength and Dexterity scores to your damage rolls with longbows, in addition to your standard Rage bonus. Lastly, upon scoring a critical hit with a longbow, your target must make a Strength saving throw with a DC equal to 8+your Strength mod+proficiency or be knocked back 10ft and knocked prone.
Primal Focus
When you enter your rage you may choose a Target you can see within 600ft. While this target is within 600ft of you, your passive perception when it comes to tracking this target is increased by 5. Furthermore, you may use your Reckless attack ability on ranged attacks made against this target (flavored as your intense focus making you ignore all other threats). After your initial rage activation, you may use a bonus action to focus on a different creature, but you may only focus on a single creature at once.
Speed and Intensity
Upon scoring a hit with a shortbow, longbow, or crossbow, you may immediately use a bonus action to make an additional attack against a target within range. No, you don’t need to be enraged to use this ability.
Hellhound
While enraged, your maximum range with longbows is increased by 100ft. Upon seeing a friendly creature reduced to 0 HP, you may use your reaction to make an opportunity attack against the creature which reduces it to 0 HP, and your Focus ability is immediately applied to them and (removed from others if it was on another creature).
