your an error in creation meaning you can subtly edit things around you 

including making a sword or little throwing knives

(it's similar to the blue blade subclass but with different names)

Level 3: Glitch sword

you can create a glitch sword for attacks and little swords for range
your main sword deals 1d12 force damage turning to 2d12 at 7th level and 3d12 15th level
you can summon the blade as a non action

Level 3: Glitch daggers

you can throw daggers at people
deals 1d6 force damage as a bonus action
turns to 2d6 at 7th level and 3d6 at 15th level

Level 7: Portal shift

you can create a shift to anywhere you see
you can teleport to a point you see in a 30ft radius

Level 7: Shape change

you can briefly morph your body into a different person for up to 30 minutes
if you use any of your powers you change back
people have to beat a insight or arcana check of 17 to learn you are an imposter

Level 7: Wrong item

you can do this as a non action were you can glitch a thing into your hand
when you use this the dm rolls a 1d20 and if it's even it's good if it odd it's bad the higher it is the more relavent it is (even: something good/odd: you will die)
if the dm rolls a nat 20 it's an artifact level great item if it's a nat 1 it could be a nuke
if you die in the process you respawn 5 feet away

Level 10: Here again

you can choice a locatation from last section or current and teleport to that location
you can bring one person with you
has 1 uses per day turning to 2 at level 18

Level 10: Trick dodge

when a enemy attacks you you can use a reaction to teleport to the side to dodge it
if a enemy hits you, you can make a dex save of 15
if succended you take no damage
if failed you take half damage

has 3 uses

Level 10: No-clip

you can walk through walls nothing can damage you but you can't damage anything else
lasts for 1d8 minutes but you can't cancel it and if you stay in a wall you clip out after 5 seconds of waiting
when you exit out of that state all damage you would have taken is converted to force or physic damage and halved goes thought all resistances

has 3 uses

Level 10: Dagger storm

storm of dagger slashing everything in range and slows them down
everything in a 15ft range takes 1d20 force damage
increases to 2d20 at 15th level
the enemies must make a con save of 14 or have disadvantage and halve speed until your next turn

has 3 uses 

Level 10: True glitch

you can turn into a true glitch
you turn into your true form form without wasting an action or bonus action
you get 1d6 extra ac
your attacks deal an extra 2d8 force damage
last 2 round turns to 4 at 18th level

3 uses

 

Level 15: Glitch shield

you can create a shield of unstable reality
when a enemy hits you you can use a reaction to make the enemy roll a dex save of 14
if the enemy falls you and the enemy takes half of the damage
if succeeded you take half damage 

has 3 uses 

Level 15: Doppelganger

you can create a doppelganger of yourself for 2 rounds
when you finish a turn your doppelganger deals halve the damage you did
it has only 10hp and if you move 30ft from it the doppelganger with disappear
you can also swap places with the doppelganger at any time

has 2 uses 

Level 15: Time slash

unleash a powerful sword beam to hurt enemies and slow them down
deals 2d12 force damge
give the enemy disadvantage on all attack till your next turn and halves their movement speed

has 3 uses

Level 18: Unstable error surge

you can surge your glitch powers to attack really fast
you get an extra action and bonus action and +10 to your to hit bonus

has 3 uses 

Level 18: Zone of deletion

you unleash a wave of unstable slashes
any enemy in a 60ft radius makes a dex save of 15 or take 6d20 force damage that goes though all resitances
if they succened the save they take halve damage
