Base Class: Paladin
Paladins who swear the Oath of Defiance have seen their divine patrons turn their backs on them or the innocent. Forsaken after a lifetime of service, in the ashes of their faith, they forge a new power: their own fury. Their strength no longer comes from divine favour but from their own defiant force of will. Through sheer willpower and a burning rage, they transform the remnants of their once divine purpose into a weapon forged by betrayal.

Channel Divinity
At 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options:
- Wrathful Rage. As a bonus action, you can let your divine fury explode outward. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
- When you make a melee weapon attack, you deal bonus damage equal to your Charisma modifier.
- You have immunity to charmed and frightened conditions.
- You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- Indomitable Fury. When you or a creature you can see within 30 feet fails a saving throw, you can use your reaction to grant them a surge of defiant will. The creature rerolls the saving throw with a bonus to the roll equal to your Charisma modifier and must use the new result.
Aura of Spite
At 7th level, your unyielding will and hatred radiates from you. You and friendly creatures within 10 feet gain advantage against any effect that forces movement, knocks you or allies prone, or otherwise causes you or allies to be moved against their will.
In addition, when a hostile creature within your Aura of Spite makes an attack against an ally, that creature takes psychic damage equal to your Charisma modifier, and if they are within your attack range, you can use your reaction to make one melee weapon attack against them.
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
Dauntless Might
At 15th level, you have mastered your willpower into an indomitable resolve. When you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the amount of damage you take by an amount equal to 1d10 + half your Paladin level (rounded down). When you do this, you gain advantage on your next attack roll made against the creature who damaged you.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) per long rest.
Final Vengeance
At 20th level, as an action, you unleash all your pent up wrath and hatred, channeling your faith and fury into one final act of vengeance. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
- You gain resistance to all damage types.
- Your weapon attacks deal an additional 2d8 radiant damage.
If you are reduced to 0 hit points during this effect, your body erupts in divine fire, dealing 8d8 radiant damage to all enemies within 30 feet of you.
