Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

As a master of Chronurgy, you manipulate the very fabric of time itself. Your studies grant you the power to alter the flow of moments, accelerating allies, slowing enemies, or even glimpsing possible futures. Time is your greatest tool, whether you are undoing misfortune, freezing a foe in their tracks, or bending destiny to ensure the success of your allies.

Chronurgists are sought after by those who wish to control fate or avoid disaster, making them invaluable in both war and diplomacy, where every second can tip the scales.

Level 3: Chronurgy Savant

You have focused your time studying time far more on manipulating time than on learning any specific school of magic.

When you cast a spell that has a casting time of an action, you can change the casting time to a bonus action for this casting. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Level 3: Temporal Awareness

Your intimacy with the flow of time allows you to perceive the start of a conflict moments before it truly begins.

Starting at 3rd level, your mastery over the chronological flow allows you to add your Intelligence modifier to your initiative rolls.

Level 6: Master of Time

You always have the Haste or Slow spells prepared. Once per short rest when you expend a spell slot to cast either of those spells, you can choose to use this feature. If you do, the spell does not require Concentration. Instead, the spell lasts for 1 minute, but it ends early if you cast that spell again, have the Incapacitated condition, or die.

Level 10: Arcane Abeyance

At 10th level, a Chronurgy Magic wizard can condense the magic of a spell they cast using a spell slot no higher than 4th level into a tiny mote. The mote is gray and has 1 HP and an AC of 15, and is immune to psychic and poison damage. It lasts for an hour or until destroyed. If the bead is not used within an hour, or if it is destroyed, the spell is lost. Within that hour, however, a creature holding the bead can invoke the spell within. The spell uses the original caster's spell attack bonus and save DC, but otherwise treats the person who released the spell from the bead as the caster. This can be done once per rest (short or long).

Level 14: Chronal Shift

You can magically exert limited control over the flow of time around a creature.

As a reaction, after you or a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can force the creature to reroll. You make this decision after you see whether the roll succeeds or fails. The target must use the result of the second roll.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
