Base Class: Cleric
The Abundance Domain is the realm of wealth, food and plenty, but in a much broader sense it is the domain of happiness and of lives well lived. Clerics that serve such gods quest far and wide to bring lasting happiness to the world, and to equip others with whatever they need to seize happiness for themselves.
Whereas Life represents the positive foundation of all existence, Abundance represents the transformative power of gratitude, and of living life well as opposed to simply surviving.
Level 3: Gift of Abundance
With 1 hour of work or whenever you finish a Long Rest, you can wrap a number of gifts equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum one). You may distribute these gifts to whomever you wish, but they lose all divine potency after being unwrapped and whenever you wrap new gifts.
A creature may unwrap a gift as a Bonus Action on their turn to cast one of your prepared spells upon themselves, so long as that spell has a casting time of Action or Bonus Action and does not require concentration. If the spell consumes Material components, then those components must be included in every gift that you handed out. Your own spell slots are expended to power the spell, and you choose what level the spell is cast at. Spells with an area of effect must originate from the unwrapping creature or an unoccupied space within 5 feet of them. If the spell would target multiple creatures, such as Aid, then the creature may choose who else within range of them is affected.
Level 3: Abundance Domain Spells
Your connection to this divine domain ensures you always have certain spells ready. When you reach a Cleric level specified in the Abundance Domain Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Cleric Level | Prepared Spells |
|---|---|
| 3 | Cure Wounds, Lesser Restoration, Prayer of Healing, Purify Food and Drink |
| 5 | Create Food and Water, Dispel Magic |
| 7 | Aura of Purity, Death Ward |
| 9 | Greater Restoration, Mass Cure Wounds |
Level 3: Nourishing Grace
Short Rests are just better with you around. Whenever you and your allies complete a Short Rest or a Prayer of Healing together and spend Hit Point Dice to regain lost Hit Points, add your Wisdom modifier to the result of each Hit Point Die's roll.
Creatures that complete a Short Rest or Prayer of Healing with you gain enough nourishment to comfortably sustain themselves for one day.
Level 6: Blessing of Gratitude
Whenever a creature uses your Gift of Abundance feature, they may choose to heal either themselves or you. Whichever target they choose regains Hit Points equal to half your Cleric level, rounded up.
Level 17: Moment of Respite
As a Magic Action, you present your Holy Symbol and expend a use of your Channel Divinity to grant yourself and a number of creatures equal to your Wisdom modifier within 30 feet an instantaneous Short Rest. A creature can’t be affected by this feature again until it finishes a Long Rest.
