Base Class: Sorcerer
Your magic is not an abstract force—it is a forge. From deep within your soul exists a personal reality shaped by steel, memory, and intent. You manifest weapons from raw sorcerous power, rewrite their properties at will, and shatter spell slots into devastating bursts of force.
Sorcerers of Forged Reality do not study blades or bargain for them; they remember them. Every weapon they wield is a reflection of something once seen, once fought, or once imagined. In battle, they blend spellcasting and martial precision seamlessly, conjuring armaments, adapting to enemy techniques, and defending themselves with near-mythic constructs of force.
At the height of their power, these sorcerers can manifest their inner world outright—an endless armory where forged blades answer thought as quickly as motion, and reality itself bends to their will.
Project Armaments
SpellSteel Conversion
When you hit a creature with a projected weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to cause the weapon to detonate on impact, collapsing into raw force.
The target takes extra force damage equal to 2d8 per spell slot level (maximum 10d8). The projected weapon is destroyed as part of this effect.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Weapon Replication
Your inner reality records the shape and function of weapons you observe, allowing you to reproduce them flawlessly.
Reactive Replication
When you see a creature within 60 feet make a weapon attack, you can use your reaction to replicate that weapon’s form as a projected weapon in your hand.
The replicated weapon:
- Must be a non-magical weapon
- Retains its base weapon properties (such as reach, versatile, or thrown)
- Cannot replicate magical properties, bonuses, or legendary traits
The replicated weapon lasts for 1 minute, until you dismiss it (no action), or until you conjure another projected weapon.
Studied Replication
Alternatively, you can study a non-magical weapon for 1 uninterrupted minute. At the end of that time, you permanently add that weapon to your list of available options when using Projected Armament.
You can retain a number of studied weapons equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). When you exceed this limit, you must forget one previously studied weapon.
Additionally, when you or a creature you can see within 30 feet is hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to manifest a layered, petal-like barrier of sorcerous force to intercept the incoming attack.
Choose one of the following effects based on the attack type:
Projectile Interception
If the triggering attack is a ranged weapon attack or involves a physical projectile (such as an arrow, bolt, or thrown weapon), the attack automatically misses.
Melee Impact Dampening
If the triggering attack is a melee weapon attack, the damage of the attack is reduced by 2d10 + your Charisma modifier.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest, unless you expend 2 Sorcery Points to use it again.
Reality Rewrite
Your control over forged weapons transcends form alone—you can now rewrite their function in real time.
When you conjure a projected weapon using Projected Armament, or when you replicate a weapon using Weapon Replication, you can apply one of the following modifications to that weapon. You can change the chosen modification whenever you conjure the weapon.
- Damage Conversion. Change the weapon’s damage type to force, fire, cold, lightning, or psychic.
- Extended Reach. Increase the weapon’s reach by 5 feet.
Additionally, the Thrown distance of your projected weapons now increases to (30/90)
You can use Reality Rewrite a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Perfect Recall
Your inner armory has reached completion. Every forged blade, every replicated form, is instantly familiar.
You gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on attack rolls made with projected weapons.
- When you use Weapon Replication, you can now replicate legendary weapon traits, provided the weapon has no spellcasting, sentience, or reality-altering effects. The replicated legendary traits last for 1 minute.
You can replicate legendary traits in this way a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, regaining all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Reality Marbel
You manifest your inner reality, flooding the battlefield with forged weapons drawn from your soul. As a bonus action for 1 minute, or until you are incapacitated, you enter a state known as Unlimited Blade Works.
While this feature is active, you gain the following benefits:
Endless Armory
You can conjure projected weapons without using a bonus action. When a projected weapon is destroyed (such as by Spellsteel Conversion), you can immediately conjure another projected weapon as part of the same turn.
Chained Projection
Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a projected weapon attack, you can immediately make an additional projected weapon attack against that creature or a different creature you can see within range.
You can use this effect a number of times during the duration equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
Unreachable Form
Your enemies struggle to track your position amid the endless shifting blades.
- Opportunity attacks against you are made with disadvantage.
You can use this Feature once per Long Rest unless you expend a 9th-level spell slot to use it again.
