Base Class: Warlock
You have realized that the only true power in the multiverse is cats. Your patron is a cat. Any cat. They are all equally special (but don't tell them that).
Those that make a pact with a cat tend to gain feline personality traits. This may include an attraction to patches of sunlight, a need to knock small items off tables, a desire to nap all day, or a sensitivity to catnip.
With enough devotion to their feline patrons, some warlocks achieve the pinnacle of existence - any small amount of affection from their cats.
Level 3: Feline Overlord Spells
The magic of your patron ensures you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Warlock level specified in the Feline Overlord Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Warlock Level | Spells |
|---|---|
| 3 | Entangle, Jump, Moonbeam, Rope Trick |
| 5 | Conjure Animals, Haste |
| 7 | Death Ward, Freedom of Movement |
| 9 | Commune With Nature, Modify Memory |
Level 3: Aspect of the Cat
The feline patron grants you superior feline agility. You gain Expertise in Acrobatics. In addition, if you would take damage from falling, you take half that damage instead.
Level 3: Kitten Companion
Your patron grants you the power to summon an adorable kitten. As a Bonus Action, you can summon a spectral kitten to a point you can see within 30 feet of you. On subsequent turns you can move the kitten up to 30 feet (no action required). While the kitten is within 10 feet of you, you have Advantage on Charisma ability checks. Whenever another creature within 10 feet of the kitten makes an ability check or attack roll, you may use your Reaction to impose Disadvantage on that D20 Test.
The kitten disappears after 10 minutes, when you become Incapacitated, or if you use a Bonus Action to dismiss it.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short rest.
Level 6: Ethereal Sight
Your patron grants you enhanced senses. You see creatures and objects within 120 feet that have the Invisible condition as if they were visible, and you can see into the Ethereal Plane.
Level 10: King of the Jungle
Your dedication to cats allows you to gain a lion companion. This creature gains additional hit points equal to twice your warlock level and you may have its attacks deal its normal damage type or Force damage. In initiative, your lion companion takes its turn immediately after yours.
As a Magic action, you can temporarily dismiss your lion companion to a pocket dimension. As a Magic action while it is temporarily dismissed, you can cause it to reappear in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of you.
If your lion companion dies, it reappears at the next dawn.
Level 14: Nine Lives
You can temporarily embrace a feline form to cheat death. If you would drop to zero hit points, or an effect would cause you to die, you may instead drop to one hit point and turn into a cat as if under the polymorph spell. While in cat form, you cannot attack and you are immune to all damage. This effect lasts until the end of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
