Base Class: Barbarian
The way of meat is nothing but your mental deviation. A barbarian with the Carnivorous Raw Foodism deviation will have an inexplicable craving for eating raw meat, regardless of whether it is human or animal. He experiences sadistic pleasure from the touch, taste and smell of meat. Each of them has their own specifics, but one thing remains constant: everyone loves soft, pliable flesh. He may seem dangerous, and he is. He barely restrains himself from harming his comrades... Unless, of course, they are made of rot or metal.
Level 3: Appetite
When you activate Rage, roll a d12 a number of times equal to the bonus damage your Rage grants. The total rolled + your Constitution modifier becomes your temporary hit points. You can only do this if you can see a creature and it has flesh in the conventional sense (your GM may allow corpses and ooze-like flesh to count).
If you hit a creature you are currently grappling, you deal an extra 1d4 damage of the same type as your attack against the grappled target. While grappling, you may use any simple or martial melee weapon you are proficient with. During Rage, you may replace one of your attacks with the Grapple action.
Aortic Chord
Knowledge of cutting
You learn the Medicine (Wisdom) skill if you don’t already know it.
Level 10: Dissection
When using Reckless Attack, instead of its usual benefits you may choose the following:
You make the attack with advantage, and 18, 19, and 20 count as critical hits, while rolls below 10 count as 10. All attacks made against you before the start of your next turn have advantage.
Instead of dealing critical damage, you may ask the GM to allow you to sever a limb or body part, or destroy armor or part of armor on the target.
You may now grapple a creature that is several size categories larger than you. This does not impose any conditions or penalties on it, but grants you the intended benefits.
Level 14: Full Dinner
You may activate Full Dinner to bite into a grappled creature as part of the Attack action, tearing off a chunk of flesh. This is an unarmed attack. On a hit, you restore 1d4 + PB hit points. You may do this once per turn. To regain hit points, the target must satisfy the requirements specified in Appetite.
You also make Medicine (Wisdom) checks with double proficiency while raging.
Once per rage, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can make a Medicine check, DC 15. If successful, you can ask the DM to describe the injury you inflict if your damage is at least one-tenth of the victim's hit point maximum.
