Base Class: Sorcerer
As one who was gifted luck upon something like a double rainbow or a glistening lake you've learned how to harness elements and colours to your advantage in any fight.
Level 3: Prismatic Change
When not in dim light or darkness you can use your prismatic change feature. When this happens you can roll a d6 to change the damage type on the spell
1:Fire
2:Acid
3:Lightning
4:Poison
5:Cold
6:Thunder
Level 3: Prismatic Spells
When you reach a Sorcerer level specified in the Draconic Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Sorcerer Level | Spells |
|---|---|
| 3 | Melf's Acid Arrow, Chromatic Orb, Color Spray, Shatter |
| 5 | Counterspell, Fireball |
| 7 | Vitriolic Sphere, Storm Sphere |
| 9 | Cone of Cold, Cloudkill |
Level 6: Elemental Affinity
Your Prismatic magic has an affinity with an elemental damage type. Choose one of those types: Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, Thunder, or Poison.
You have Resistance to that damage type, and when you cast a spell that deals damage of that type, you can add your Charisma modifier to one damage roll of that spell.
Thunder(hidden)
You gain elemental affinity with thunder damage.
Level 14: Prismatic Defender
As a bonus action you can create a 5ft shield of an elemental damage type of your choice that gives resistance to anyone who is behind that shield for that damage type.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest unless you spend 3 Sorcery Points (no action required) to restore your use of it.
Level 18: Prismatic Fortress
You can cast Prismatic Wall without a Material component. You can also cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in this way when you finish a Long Rest.
Whenever you start casting the spell, you can modify it so that it doesn’t require Concentration. If you do so, the spell’s duration becomes 1 hour for that casting.
