plague rage

you become diseased with a rage inducing plague, this plague fuses with your body as you mutate into something that suits your new state (your dm can choose what your body will become). you become unable to talk in full coherent sentences. 

Level 3: plagued madness

your rage causes your pores body swell with puss, and your strength is boosted but your mind stays blank the entire time only focusing on spreading your plague into your foe. while in this plagued madness you gain the ability to produce a diseased miasma from your hands, if you hit an enemy with an unarmed attack, they must make a constitution save they must make a constitution save equal to your constitution + the number of magical diseases you have infecting you.

Level 6: produce puss

your body oozes puss, and you gain the ability to harden your puss, you can do this to create a protective armor of your puss or maybe throw a lob of it to attack from range. you gain a +2 to defense while unarmored.

Level 10: Retaliation

When you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you while in rage, they take 1d6 poison damage per turn for 5 turns, unless cured. this is stackable and ignores resistances to poison.

Level 14: plagued Presence

your mere presence is enough to plague the enemy nearby; you produce a poisonous miasma that effects only that of your choosing, all targets that are affected by your miasma take 1d4 (plus your con modifier) poison damage.
