this being is trapped, somewhere. its goals are unknown.

Timeless Foresight

Starting at level 1st level, your patron bestows upon you the ability to subconsciously see into the future. You cannot be surprised or frightended

Chronal snare

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: 1 round

You momentarily distort time around a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have its movement speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.

Fractured moment

Time does not flow cleanly around you. It splinters.
In the instant before a blow lands, you see it — not as it is, but as it will be. A misstep. A breath taken too soon. A flicker of intent behind the eyes.
The world fractures like light through crystal, and for a heartbeat, you stand between seconds. The attack comes — but not the one that would have struck true.
Reality corrects itself with a subtle shudder, as though embarrassed to have chosen the wrong outcome.
Your patron does not grant you foresight.
It grants you correction.

Beginning at 10th level, your patron allows you to glimpse a splinter of the immediate future.
When a creature you can see makes an attack roll against you, you can use your reaction to force that creature to reroll the attack. The creature must use the new roll.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Suspend the Inevitable

There are moments even time hesitates to claim.
When you invoke your patron’s will, the air around your chosen target thickens, hardens — crystallizes. Sound dulls. Motion drags. Light refracts into impossible angles.
For them, the world becomes distant. Muffled. Unreachable.
They are not frozen.
They are removed — pinned to a single, fragile instant while the rest of reality moves on without them.
When the moment finally shatters, it leaves behind the faintest echo of something vast and watching… and the unsettling realization that inevitability itself can be delayed.
But never forever.

At 14th level, you can seize a creature’s place in the flow of time.
As an action, choose one creature you can see within 60 feet. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against your warlock spell save DC.
On a failed save, the creature is paralyzed until the end of your next turn as it becomes trapped in a suspended instant of fractured time.
On a successful save, the creature’s speed is reduced to 0 until the start of its next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
