Base Class: Rogue
Bound by the ancient rites of Bloodveil, the Oathfang is a rogue who walks the razor's edge between the divine and the profane. While other rogues hide in the shadows to strike for gold or glory, you act as a vessel of equilibrium, siphoning the life force of the wicked to fuel your celestial-bound retribution.
Your movement is a blur of crimson mist, and your blade carries the weight of two worlds: the searing light of the dawn and the cold, inevitable hunger of the grave.
Crimson Vow
You have sworn yourself to the Bloodveil. You gain proficiency in the Religion skill and one martial weapon of your choice. Additionally, your strikes are infused with your dual nature:
- Dual Affinity: When you deal Sneak Attack damage, you can choose for that damage to be Radiant or Necrotic.
- Blood Step: When you deal Sneak Attack damage on your turn, you may immediately teleport up to 10 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
Judged & Hungered
Your connection to Bloodveil allows you to punish those who strike you and feast upon their demise.
- Radiant Rebuke: When a creature within 30 feet of you hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to deal 1d6 radiant damage to them. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining all uses on a long rest.
- Sanguine Recovery: When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.
Fang of Equilibrium
You have mastered the balance of your opposing powers.
- Balanced Precision: Once per turn when you deal Sneak Attack damage, you can add both Radiant and Necrotic damage to the attack simultaneously.
- Divine Veil: You can cast Misty Step once without expending a spell slot. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
Harbringer of Dusk & Dawn
On a Sneak Attack hit, the target must make a CON save or be Paralyzed until the end of your next turn.
